This is my TRON Legacy Rinzler/Tron. The inspiration for this bash was the similarities between Cybertronian Bumblebee’s ALT mode and TRON vehicles. My idea was that since after Rinzler remembered being Tron and sunk into the Sea of Simulation, he re-energized blue; so my story is that he survived and managed to get to Flynn’s hideout, where Flynn had developed a way for a program to integrate directly with vehicles. Placing his identity disc onto the vehicle Tron fused with the vehicle and transformed. I used both Cybertronian Bumblebees for this bash. I used Generations Rage over Cybertron Bumblebee for all the yellow and blue parts particularly for the blue line detailing on his roof and blue arm blades. I used Generations Cybertronian Bumblebee for all of the dark gray parts to replace the light gray ones. This mold was one of the most annoying parts swapping I’ve ever done. I used the head from a Rinzler 3 inch figure and used the identity disc from that figure. The identity disc attaches to the vehicle and is removable. For his light disc weapon, I removed the front wheel’s hubcap (which is still re-attachable) and he holds it. He also still has his gun and blue plastic arm blades. For his vehicle mode, I am orienting him backwards with the rear window instead being his windshield and the original headlights now being where the light ribbons/jetwalls emanate from. I used Testors enamels to paint him. Colors used were flat black, flat white and a custom blended light blue. I then used Krylon Matte Finish spray to flatten the colors and protect the paint.
