Thanks for the kind words & the interest in my Arcee! I still have a fair bit of work to go on the backpack but I promise I will put up a tutorial for it when I've got it 95% there!
In the meantime, I should have some update pics in the next day or so, so keep tuned!

    Cheers!

She is coming along great and at a pretty good pace too! I wish the figure looked like this out of the box, i would have paid the price for her then.

Thanks, and as far as the joke, ummm...off the top of my head:

Hasbro's rejected prototype for the REAL "headmaster" Arcee.

(Rim-shot, thanks folks, I'll be here all week, tip your waitresses)

Ok, I have this figure in my PoL (well the 2-pack of Arcee and Paramedic) and was still unsure about getting it. This custom is heavily influencing my decision, and if at the end I think I can do this mod too I'm definitly keep them and get the tools out!

Will need good tutorial for every changes made (like the hip one, very good pictures there) and hopefully you won't cast new piece or something? That's a bit out of my league as I've never casted stuff, but most other mod I'm sure I can get it done.

Anyway very nice work, I'll keep an eyes on this and will wait for the finished product!

I like to think of it as equal parts bravery & insanity! I mean really, who would be daft enough to do this to a third party figure?!?!?

Thanks man, glad your followin along! She's comin' along faster than I thought she would too! I've seen a lot of your awesome stuff man & with your highly impressive skills, If you get the figure, I'm sure you could pull of the same mods Ive done with no problem! :thumbs2:

    Thanks for the kinds words!
Please don't take her outta your P.O.L.!! She's really not that bad a figure out of the box, contrary to what has been said about her. Even if you wind up not modding her, she'll definitely be a nice addition to your collection!

I will be posting mod tutorials for sections of this figure as I near completion of each, so keep a watch out! :D
As far as casting new parts, there are some ( like the new feet for instance) that will need to be cast up, since I'm only making one that can be duped but I'll have to hand them off to a friend of mine who can do casting as I really cant do it right now. D'OH!

    Thanks very much! :D

thanks so very much for the kind words!

Hey there all! I'm really happy that you guys are still followin' along with me !! :thumb

Ok, I've made quite a good deal of progress on the legs, the master pattern for the foot is very nearly done (4 points of articulation in it  ) & am on the way to re-working the
backpack/ upper torso connect points so be sure to look for some updates in the next few days or so! :D

    Cheers!
