Hi all, Wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to repair Tripticon's arm/claw that fell off the base of the toy. There seems to be a metal post the presses in but once you apply pressure by rotating the arm/claw, it pulls off instantly. Glue? Threaded screw? Thoughts? Thanks in advance! Phil
Is the pin long enough to fit decently through the panel and into the arm? You might want to try to gnarl/rough up the end and stick it back in using a punch to set it. See if that helps. A screw might work but the head would be too big and stick out the other side of the panel. Something else you can try is find something called a sex bolt. Some of them have a flat end and if the barrel diameter is close enough you can cut it down and probably make it work. You can cut it with the screw inside to make it sturdier. You can also see if there are some metal pins that may be a little longer if yours is to short. Just follow the link below for the bolt or the pins.
