Yeah, that's why I put it in there. And I'm glad that's the case. I wanted to get an edited copy right away, but people here were rebuking me for daring to think of editing someone's work of art.

Directors saying this is their last one has been a trend lately. Of course he\'ll do it. $$$$

The whole "we're doing baysplosions " comment was a troll tactic to scare herd us back under Travis's wings to get the hype train rolling again. These tricks are funny. Trav will direct. I bet a botbot on it loolool

I adored Bumblebee, so I’m totally up for another one. Preferably one with a slightly bigger scope and budget so that it can be a wholly new encompassing Transformers movie. :)

Knight seems like a nice person and all, but I would much rather have a storyteller who provides more energy to a movie. “Bumblebee” still felt like it was missing something, and there were still story issues like Sector Seven just happening to come across Bumblebee during a training session.
Then again, I don’t like film franchises, so who knows. I do agree with Knight that films are one-and-done deals, so I would much rather have Transformers media focus more on developing better written television shows than trying the impossible and making a good film series.

The only thing missing from the Bumblebee movie is the next film. :D

Here's hoping Knight comes back for another round, and the next movie picks up where Bumblebee left off.

(REALLY want to know who the incoming 7 Bots are, considering Autobots are scattered across the universe.)

Never claimed it was a fact, that's the general perception of the humor in ROTF even from people who are into the movies; I'm just rebutting "lots of people liked that humor!" because lots more people hated that humor.

The people who post on this website are just a drop in the bucket of people who saw the movie.

Unlike with TLK, where I think we're all here.

Well in all honesty they supposedly did TLK for the Asian market. Im no expert in acting (and personally think its 85% BS anyways) but I cant imagine Chinese people complaining about poor acting, potty humor, or bad scriptwriting. Theyre watching a dubbed over version and often embrace the stereotypes about American culture as percieved abroad. Having some four eyed American geek cringe at Devy's balls or Simmons ass is expected, but im sure in Asia they were laughing their ass off enjoying an "American moment".

You are that 1% who found rotf funny.
I found the movie horrible, except for the forest battle scene

The dumb attempt at humor in any of Bay's transformers film should never be in a franchise aimed at kids.

I appreciate the large scale action in every single michael bay transformers movie but these movies seemed to be remembered by their stupid humor rather than action/ transformers characters.

Let\'s just hope that paramount knows what there doing now. We really dont need anymore garbage movies like TLK and AOE Bumblebee and TF1 and DOTM were the only movies I loved and enjoyed. The franchise seems to be at a fatigue right now. What they need to do it build up momentum and come back in a few years which is probably what there doing just give what the people want what they did with bumblebee make a movie people can enjoy and Give the audience these characters we know and love and tell great stories.

I'm not on here very often, dude. My perception is outside of the internet mixed with multiple TF groups all over the internet.

EDIT: I should also point out I run into actual fans of the first 5 movies on here more consistently than anywhere else on the internet.

I have to admit, watching BB the other night I liked it far more than any of the Bay movies.

That said, if he would return, I want something new. Don't just rehash BB the same way Bay just rehashed his material.

It’s like the 1986 film. What made that film so great was that it was a climatic event and turning point in G1. That’s what films should be. When you keep churning them out like a TV show, they lose anything charming or interesting.
