    I'm just saying that the transformation and general in hand experience of the mold are much better than pictures would lead you to believe. He's a figure that has to be handled to really be appreciated.

    Hand feel is a term that vangelus has invented that encompasses everything I said above. See his review of ironhide, and the last 20 or so episodes of the tfw podcast for a more thorough definition.

    The butt wheels don't move to fill in the back? Only fixing the hip plates is a job half done IMO.

    I have TT Ratchet, not sure to get Voodoo or TT Ironhide, it depends on this kit.

    If they can match colors and materials and make it fit perfectly, I'm all over this! As for moving the wheels to the back, it looks like it would be really tricky to do without impeding waist articulation.

    Hell, I'll go buy Ratchet if it can be fixed like this.
    The old design lifted the butt wheels up a bit more, but this looks much more stable.
    I wonder if they've thought about adding on the mirrors for the vehicle.

    To me these appear to be the optimal compromises to get the best out of the designs. I'm in for both sets. It sucks to have to do it but I am not letting good figures that can go to great figures go to ruin. There is no other version out there that captures these figures like Takara did and I loved the accessories. It also didn't hurt that I got both of these around $65.
