So which is considered the best 3P menasor? I've only collected MMC Feral Rex and both released Warbo sets so far. Anyone release something with that kind of detail and quality?

 

I'm interested FansProject's Menasor just didn't do it for me and while I have the Combiner Wars version waiting on the Perfect Effect kit I really digged that design of Menasor and the Stunticons.

 

What other (recent) Stunticons are there besides FP and CW? The Boldforms version is only a Motormaster for the CW limbs… so far. WB-02 is silhouette-ware…

Also, G1 Menasor is boring-looking… I look forward a near MP-scale combiner. WB-02 or this should hit it, with the possible exception of Motormaster if they go full tractor-trailer…

 

So we can still look forward to Warbos more g1 menasor then if these guys are a "brother" team to gentoy. And gentoys constructicons look fantastic so this guy should be great.

Technically their are only 2 modern menasors at the moment; m3 and hasbros as Boldforms have only released their motormaster (and may have canceled the other 4) and who knows what warbo is doing with their set or when it will show up. So right now the "best" is m3 but this set or even warbos might end up better.

Then again its very likely MMC will be doing one eventually too and if they do my moneys on them taking home the 1st place trophy.

Hmm. Not sure what that means for Motormaster's alt-mode scale… if he's to scale with MP10/22 in alt-mode, they are going to have my money for sure.

Based solely on the estimate to Warbotron gestalt heights it was pretty obvious the other Stunticons would be comparably scaled to MP cars.

 

So it looks like the leg bots will really be shin guards again ala M3. Doubt many will be happy with this.

 

Yeah this is easily another menasor pass for me. Hopefully warbotron's version won't be long and will be appeasing to most.

 

Are people passing because of shin guards?

Personally I think shins config looks better.

 

I'm perfectly fine with shin guards myself. I like my M3 a lot.

 

It's too big. At 15", I'm getting real sick of this Titan Class trend.

 

I will be very very surprised if Warbotron continues to release other figures after their Computron.

 

I hope not. They are just the worst. I have never seen a company get so much unwarranted support.
