What's one transformer anyone here is trying to find but just can't seem to find? For me it's Japanese beast wars tigatron.
Micro-change MC11 Magnum .44, preferably MIB and the Japanese version rather than one of the two Italian versions. This figure is very evasive. I just saw it on ebay this week for the first time since I've been looking for it (golden barreled Italian variant) and it went for $500!
Black Sixshot Metrotitan Red G1 Slag Goodbye Megatron Giftset American boxsets of G1 combiners (with the exception of Devastator) Original Pepsi Prime Red Foot Prime And Lucky Draws...where to even start? Too many to list.
i have everything i ever looked for and wanted. now, finding BETTER VERSIONS of them is the hard part. trying to find a duplicate Jaguar for my liokaiser set with breast partner and misiles
On ebay it's Liokaiser and the Japaense Dino Cassettes, not that I could afford them anyway. Locally I never did see Titanium Ultra Magnus unfortunately. I never saw the Reissue Powermaster Optimus at TRU a few years back either. But most of the time I've been able to find everything locally eventually.
Usually if I can't find it, that means I can't afford it or I've never heard of it. The internet has made collecting easier, and I have seen a ton of stuff. Usually I find a lot of it by accident. And if I didn't have the internet, there would be a large list of things I haven't seen.
For me it's mostly parts. Cloudburst's helmet being the prime offender. Actual TFs I've got pretty much everything I want or can find, it's either a matter of justifying the cost to myself, or finding better ones of what I have got like Wheeljaxx.
Yah, now that you say so... parts are a total pain to find, at a good price. My big offenders are things like heads for G1 Camshaft or Trailbreaker, when I don't feel like buying another figure just to remove it's head. Or the wings on one of my clones.
I have found all the transformers that I have wanted. As stated befor the internet makes hunting for TFs alot easier. I would have to say that over 90% of my TFs have been found on the net. Without the net I think I would be a very upset TF collector.
For me, it's mostly a matter of price. I know that the TFs and parts I want are out there, but the price tags are what kill me. For example, Alternators Mirage - I only saw him once at retail, and now you can't get him for less than $40 - usually twice that.
Seconded. As far as what I need. I want to complete my Kiss Player collection. I need Hot Rodimus and Optimus.
