The point is they dont license out TRANSFORMING figures, only Hasbro can make Transformers that actually transform. Everything else is just figurines/ poseable action figures.

It's weird to see Transformers as Kids Meal toys again... And as G1 guys (and Windblade).

You said Hasbro doesn't license out Transformers to third parties. These ARE officially under the Transformers brand. Need I remind you that Hasbro is also prone to making official Transformers that do not transform? Move that goalpost so you can whine some more.

    Have a niiiice daaay. :D

Nobody moved any goalposts, you just can't read. The first person you quoted wasn't even me and it says right there in bold transformING figures not transformERS. Hasbro allows other companies to produce Transformers merchandise but any toys cannot convert. Only Hasbro can create converting/ transforming Transformer toys. The fact that Hasbro also makes non transforming figures is irrelevant.

Well look at the downward slide that some of their "real" toys have taken. There's a very real danger of a non-cardboard toy outperforming them. Sad, really.

I just can't believe something like the old Wendy's GoBots or even G1 MicroMasters isn't workable for Happy Meals. Most of them had only 6-8 parts and minimal paint.

Ill probably keep em sealed anyway one of my girls works there, so ill get a full set if i can & share pics of at least Optimus Prime if possible :)

Lol :)  Thats funny all i did was agree with someone that $230 plus shipping is expensive for Hasbro/Takara retail quality set of Seacons. And i got flamed so hard but i hear ya, even know i collect them all, and love them. INCLUDING Seacons, there is still no doubt that over the past decade has-tak has gotten worse & worse with quality toys. ...UNTIL they released SIEGE WAVE 1. THESE are NOT garbage so if your looking for GOOD Hasbro figures these are those. ;)  But technically theyre TakaraTomy figures lol. But again i hear what your saying

Just picked them up. I always enjoy Wendy's crafty toys. I like the multiple arms, and faces. Sure the legs could be better if they were not skinny, but quality-wise and fun factor for the price they are pretty neat.

The paint is surprising good for a kids meal toy.

I don't see what's wrong. Adorable squish babies that won't stab you if you squish them, and they have changeable faces. This is practically "my first Masterpiece transformer toy".

My least favorite, but still pretty decent so far. He is the smallest one.

My kid got one the other day and threw it directly into the garbage after looking it it for five seconds. I didn't even try to stop him.

That is a shame. Could had 3d printed some legs, and maybe had a neat little desk figure.
I like SW the best out of all of them.

Went to Wendys today with my wife and 4 yr old daughter and walked away with the 4 I wanted most. Windblade is for my daughter since I don't care for the character or her design. Putting these together really brought a BIG KID SMILE on this old veteran collector's face! Felt like I was 8 yrs old again with my very first G1 Transformer! I highly recommend at least picking one of these up if your any kind of Transformers fan and giving it a shot. Really hope this toyline gets a 2nd wave. I need Shockwave, deluxe Devastator, Galvatron, the other 2 seekers, Ravage, Rumble, and Frenzy!
