Yeah, that's right, IronicHide ain't so ugly he can't get hitched.

He does however need your help and recommendations...

My fiancee is (surprisingly) not too unhappy with the idea of TF wedding cake toppers. (We're both keen cooks - I'm a handy amateur cake-baker and she's none too shabby with decorating - and are making our own cake.)

So, need good ideas for Bride & Groom stand-ins.

Preferably, they'd be cheapish, actually Transformers (rather than ickle TF statues), and, much as I deny the 'gender thing' with TFs (less somebody say "robogina" again), should be one boy-robot, one girl-robot.

I'm looking at the RTS Legends, deluxes may be a touch too big, any of which would be pretty cool. (Imagine Trailcutter with a tiny top hat.)

Any other good his'n'hers legends combos out there?

Legends I dont know any good combos. I'd recommend Energon Arcee and either Breacher or Windcharger. Trailbreaker with a top hat is funny though. Congrats on getting hitched.

My Mom used Robot Heroes for my birthday cakes in 2007, 2008 and 2009.

PVC works better as it's taller.

I would highly recommend Heroes of Cybertron as well... I realize they are "statues" if you will, but they are by far the most appropriate looking line for this kind of thing:thumb

our rehearsal dinner cake. my wife talked about putting a transformer on my groom's cake but then decided to do Belle for her and Optimus Prime for me. she already had a Belle, so i need to match its size. i said i wanted Skywarp, but she said no Decepticons.

so i went with the ROTF Burger King Optimus...and with Jetfire's parts, i was able to pull off the Decepticon look.

    ^ Sweet. Literally.

Thanks for the advice, all. Scouts might be do-able, size-wise.

Think I may have to bow and get non-transforming TFs.

Luckily, it's not 'til early 2012 so TFP legends Arcee might arrive in time. Could look good with TFA legends Prowl...

That cracks me up to no end. You tell her that Decepticons might not be so evil if they got some lovin'. Then again they might(don't tell her that part). :D

Supreme Unicron And Primus. Don't worry, they're light enough.

...I love that Trailbreaker/cutter idea. Forgive me, but I think it's simply darling. I figure that is neither here nor there though, however, so I will continue on.

Using Legends figures as a basis, well, there aren't to many in the way of fembots , but have you thought of RoTF Override as an option? I suppose it ultimately depends on whether you'd both prefer a 'Bot/'Con, 'Bot/'Bot, or 'Con/'Con math up but I'm just kinda throwin' names out there.

    Bow chicka bow wow!

Anyways, are you a fan of Movie-verse? Perhaps that RotF Legends Arcee would do nicely?

This would be good. Or for a couple deluxes that i think would be great would be Animated Arcee and Rodimus. OR Movie 1 Walmart exc Fracture and Classics Mirage. Airrazor and Tigatron. Ummmmm. Thats all i can think of i know deluxes may be to big but i think they are some good options.

If Prime Cliffjumper gets a cyberverse, you could pair him up with Cyberverse Arcee.
