The Kingdom versions are great because they're just as articulated, bring a different approach in terms of scale and show accuracy, and are far more affordable and easier to obtain than the vintage stuff. The prices I paid for my stuff even 4-5 years ago is nowhere close to how high they are now. I'd hate to be an OG BW fan trying to catch up on my collection these days.

Scorp of one of the few vintage BW figures I never managed to pick up. I'm definitely getting this one, no question.

They just changed the black to a more charcoally-black, I don't think that's enough to qualify it as "cartoon-accurate", it's just a step more in that direction. Looks nice, but I have the original.

Well that was seven years and possibly two factories ago, something might have happened with the mold since then.

Gotta say though, I still prefer the kingdom version over this one. I prefer how toon accurate robot mode is for it, although I do prefer how cartoon accurate his scorpion mode looks.

I\'m be interested in this since my original Scorponok is broken and I like the colors closer matching the show. But I\'m also not going out of my way to track it down since while the Kingdom Deluxe has plenty of drawbacks, it\'s still drastically better than this old Mega sized one.

    Um...NO!

These BW versions of Scorp (new and old) all look goofy and horrible....

I still wouldn't have mind if Hasbro had or still would make a Marvel, DW and IDW G1 Comicbook accurate version (scale) of Scorponok. The BW fans can have as many version of this bw version as they want. But an updated Voyager or Leader class version of G1 Scorponok and/or Black Zarak still wouldn't be ignored either.

I wish Hasbro would quit dropping the ball on these opportunities. Especially since BotCon didn't sleep on what they were able to work with....

That upcoming Titan class Black Zarak is going to do well and so would smaller versions of the mold.

It's a vintage reissue of a beast wars figure, why would you expect it to be a Voyager/Leader sized G1 figure?

I made it clear what the "AND" was.

You just can't comprehend or just want to antagonize.... So NOPE!

....Do we normally argue? I don't recall it so step in my office (private message) if you don't understand what I'm saying.

And if you don't care then just "respectfully" ignore my comment.
