Damn... The only thing I can't stand is that goofy forarm sleeve kibble that throws it off from certain angles. The alt-mode makes up for most of it.

Plus shout out to HasTak for showing more IDW love. Keep it coming! There are scores more IDW designs for existing G1 characters and Characters that debuted in IDW (DJD of course) that could use their own quality figures.

I do find the colors a bit dull and being a remold it doesn’t perfectly capture the IDW look but still cool to even see IDW acknowledged again.

I was holding off getting this mold but now….This honestly looks more appealing. Now granted I need to see it in better lighting

Don't know why anyone had that idea in the first place. Like Jhiaxus should have instantly proven them wrong but guess they were in denial.

Uh, Jhiaxus' Legacy design originated in G2. It's not original to IDW's comics.

Yeah but under their logic we shouldn't have gotten him since Marvel lost the license.
    But we did.

What's attractive to others isn't what is attractive to me. I generally can't stand IDW designs for the same reason why I can't stand certain Gundam designs. I don't care for the aesthetic with sharpness IDW designs tend to have. I like my bots blocky or roundish, like early Gundam designs. More like UC Gundam less like Seed Destiny.

Oh, okay, I see where you were going with that. :lol  Yeah, just because a comic company or animation studio is no longer involved that doesn't preclude us from getting designs from those comics or shows. Hasbro still owns the characters and the designs for said characters so why wouldn't they make toys of them if they think it'll sell?

Robot mode looks better than SS86, BUT it's IDW and I just don't care for the design. So easy pass for me.

Unless Cosmos is a runaway hit it's just Override.

I really like this figure! I actually may get it, then find Legends Haywire (Blurr’s Targetmaster) online to go with him and bingo!

Robot mode looks better than I would've guessed, but that alt mode... yikes

Damn I was not expecting to get 3 Blurrs this year. After I got the SS86 one I was so dissatisfied that I bought the Legends Takara one. While that one's definitely gonna be my definitive version of the character I look forward to having this in my collection. The only thing that pisses me off about this one is that they have yet to figure out to get rid of those nasty arm gaps.

The head sculpt can makes a world of difference. I don’t know why they made SS86 Blurr’s head so bad.

looks nice! I'm surprised it's not just a repaint.

When rumors of it being an IDW Blurr started circulating, I initially thought I'd be less interested than just a straight toy colored repaint.

But this actually looks kinda neat for what it is. Still not a big fan of the head design, and that smirk came out kinda... saggy. But it's still a neat and out of left feild choice, so I respect that.

I'll probably grab him. Original idea was SS86 Blurr as "Optimus era" and Velocitron as "Rodimus Era". Not sure if I'll still do that, or just make this his own guy since he's different enough now for me.
