Then they could design the packaging art specifically around the 'Toy does not float text', there'd be no excuse not to do it!

So the real answer is yes, because Earth is both one of the four colony worlds in Cybertron and a water planet.

Nice job of remolding, but I don't really have a place for it in my collection. Armada Blurr would have been a totally different story. Looks like just Road Rocket, Clampdown and Override for me....IF I can find them...my WMs are notoriously bad at stocking TFs

Looks great! Are these up for pre order yet? I need like all of em. This subline is pretty good with this, Override and Road Hauler and I’m looking forward to road rocket.

SS86 Blurr: “ugh those pontoons under the forearms. I’m out.”
IDW Blurr: “Pontoons with wheels. Take my money.”

I have the old Generations Blurr and I have SS86 Blurr so do I need this? Yeah. I really do like Blurr’s IDW design. The mercurial Guido Guidi head sculpt is really cool in my option. It definitely makes me hope that we may see some more IDW designs pop up.

I was wondering where Hasbro's minimum third usage of this mold would come from.

+1 internet point for using "Mercurial" in the OG sense. Nicely done!

Was hoping the walmart Blurr woulda been Armada or if like toy colors Cyclonus, the toy Blurr woulda blown me away.
But if it's anything like the other two versions of this mold and shelfwarms for months, I'll be happy.

I can't wait for someone to make afterburners to attach to his shoulders. Should even be able to transform with them on. I'm picturing two pieces each, one being a hinge that attaches to the back of the upper arm (tricep?)

I like the looks of it, but I don't think I'll be picking it up, I'm spending too much on this subline as it is. How am I spending more money on Velocitron than the actual mainline?

I find some of these comments amusing— especially the ones that in essence say “I’ll praise the awful looking one because it was based on the movie animation model, but I refuse to acknowledge this far more attractive design because IDW.”

The best plastic Blurr IMO so far is Animated’s, and I collect 3P/MP.

Ok that's cool. I thought it would be G1 toy colors but I'm down for this...

YES! She is probably the last of my favorite Lost Lighters that I’m missing a toy for.

It's not for me, but I'm happy that it's not just a straight repaint.

Yeah, so Blurr pretty much went from a pass to a preorder being a nice retool into the IDW 1.0 design. I think it works better overall with the mold too... like, the arm kibble doesn't bother me on this one for some reason. Also, so much for Hasbro never touching IDW again huh?

Wait, so Hasbro took one of their boring, slavishly Sunbow designs and retooled it to make it look like a more interesting IDW design? Huh. I really never expected that to happen. It's not a perfect match for IDW Blurr and it could've used better colour contrast, but it's a Blurr that's not a headmaster and doesn't look under-detailed. Helps that I think Sunbow's movie designs were already pretty decent. I might actually pick this up. Well, maybe on discount. Hopefully this will shelfwarm as badly as 86 Blurr.
