Nice video, but it lost my interest once I saw the face..

 

So did everyone talking about how this new teaser doesn't mean shit forget about the animation tests we saw for the in-game models?

Because those models looked really good animation, lighting and design-wise....

 

Browser-based, like Jagex Studios other MMO, Runescape.

 

This is just a CGI teaser. There is absolutely zero chance the game will resemble this at all.

I hope to Primus this game is good but it's a browser based MMO, so my expectations are so low I trip on it. But as I said, I really hope I am wrong.

 

That's a good looking bot. I'm kind of interested in seeing what this game is like being a long time mmo player.

 

I might not be playing this when it comes out (I'm no gamer), and it's a very simple teaser (such as having no in-game graphics), but this is still kind of cool.

Am I the only one who thought that until 00:47, the teaser kind of had the tone of a car commercial (albeit a car transforming into a robot)? I'm not complaining, though - it's just what I thought of it.

 

yeah, i got that too, pretty sure that's what they were going for   I was always surprised they didn't try that tack with the Live Action movies. (aside from the Chevy Superbowl Bumblebee commercial)

 

Okay, I've now watched the interview posted earlier and have done some research on Runescape.

My anticipation has gotten higher by a large amount but I'm still reserving judgement for launch. If the game is good then I'll probably be dishing out money for it.

 

If this ends up being similar to DC Universe Online but way better then I am all in on this one.

Might be fun for awhile but in the end WoW will destroy it like everything else.

 

I have zero MMO experience, but this looks like it'll be the thing that changes that.

 

Do we have any indication on what the gameplay will be like? I'm guessing shooter with some melee elements but I don't know how well those do as MMOs.

 

This looks awesome as heck..But alas...it is only a trailer....

I agree with an earlier post..After playing WoW most MMO's pail in comparison..It's like eating a really great stake every day for a long time...then having to eat bologna...Hopefully though..this game will at least be a hamburger....!

Well as someone who hasn't played WOW I expect to be pleased by this. Unless I have to pay money to play. If it's like Runescape though and you can play without paying just without some features I won't care.

 

I just hope you don't have to pay monthy to play.

 

Hmmm...you know, the more I think about it, the more I think this guy looks like what you'd get if Bulkhead and Bumblebee were merged together. Bumblehead or Bulkybee or something like that.

 

I would love to play this but can't sorry I will be too busy waging war against the Sith Empire in Star Wars: The Old Republic.

 

If the PvP is good I'll give it a go. Too many WoW carebears these days in the MMO games though causing more games to go the PvE route.
