I'll ask Desi about this.. since he works at TJMaxx in Manchester. He did tell me that he got in a Megatron, Prime, and Thundersracker, all for 15 a piece. I think they were voyagers from the first movie.

This is epic. And I saw the same figures as flamingunicron at a TJMaxx here in NC as well - and all but Megs at Marshall's.

WTF? That is so odd and random.

I already have Dragstrip and Overkill, but those figures are so beautifully packaged that I might have to pick up some to keep MISB.

Interesting. There's a Marshall's within reasonable driving distance from myself, so I may check to see if they have any. The only one I have a lot of interest in is Overkill, but the others may look better in-person, and the Prime mold would make for some good kitbash fodder, so who knows.

    yeah...me too...

and i guess this means they didnt sell too well and we probably won't be seeing many more HTS exclusives... which is a real shame... i think i paid like 15 each for these when i got them with discount codes and whatnot, but damn... may have to find a few more just to hang on to, or to use as custom fodder...

Lame. We had them in New Zealand months ago. So long ago they're off the shelf now. I DID miss out on Prime and Megatron but I have the Classics two-pack ones, so that's fine. Dragstrip and Overkill are both fantastic repaints, though.

I have all those molds. Dragstrip is the best. Overkill is not so great, his paintwork looks nothing like the pictures on the box. The 'white' paint on his plastic looks dull and some of the other paintwork looks like it would fade off if one even looked at it. I keep mine in the box on display.

Does anyone else's Drag Strip seem to have QC issues? (loose joints, sloppy paint apps, etc.)??

I will definitely stop by at my local Marshalls today to check and see if they have it already.
