I hope Hot House is tomorrow, I've been waiting to see that one since the listings were found. If not, at least we'll probably see it within the month.

Roritchi was a gold version of Fasttrack that came with BlackZarak in Japan. Not only will it be the first US release of the character, but also one that won't self-destruct from Gold Plastic Syndrome.

I know there is probably zero place for me to put this without it seeming like I'm pandering, but my gf is an Entertainment Earth promoter affiliate. Not sure if it works on their preorders, but the code ODFEL will get you 10% off purchases from their website. Hope this helps some of you save some money on whatever they are announcing next Tuesday.

Not exactly. Some are so extensively retooled that they're essentially new toys.

Seacons and Super Megatron being more recent examples.

Interestingly enough, Tentakil is the only version of the Moonracer mold that we like.

Another Mercenary to go with Exhaust? Keep 'em coming. I wouldn't mind another Lockdown to go with them either.

AKA Roritchi. To be honest, I'm hoping for a Slammer. I had expected them to repaint Brunt into him, but a Fastrack repaint would make a handy weapon for Titan Metroplex. A Deluxe Roller would be a must have too.

I'm assuming this would be a straight repaint of Airwave with a few alternative accessories. If they throw in a siren for his vehicle mode (even if it is a sort of tank), he'll be bought on sight (Ever since the G1 Protectobots, I've had this thing for collecting emergency service-themed Transformers). .

I was hoping for this since Siege. And now it's an excuse to get a version of the Earthrise mold in a deco that's not pretty similar to the previous line's. .

I missed out on the Siege version, so I guess it's a chance to get him again.

those were all done by Takara Tomy though, imported by Hasbro and sold at a standard import premium, not part of Hasbro's Generations Selects line which is sold at standard MSRPs. I think a new head like Rotorstorm or new accessories like Greasepit is the most you can hope for from Hasbro's G.S.

you should learn the difference between takara selects and generations selects bud.

A new head is the most retooling you'll get in a generations selects figure ie g2 megatron, rotorstorm etc.

I’ll just wait for the reveals here. I’m sure preorders will be available on all mentioned platforms.

Takara tends to do the extensive retools, while Hasbro seems to prefer repaints with occasional slight retools, and sometimes alternative/additional accessories. I actually like both approaches. For example, I like the Brunt mold but I'm not to attached to the 'character' (well I barely noticed him anyway. I was too busy looking at the giant robot dinosaur to notice the drone:) ).

    Now a Centurion repaint, that's a must-have for me.

Oh yeah, forgot. Both of them have the same Generations Selects name and very similar packaging.

Those are from Takara Tomy, not Hasbro. Most hasbro selects are just redecos or extremely minor retools. I think rotorstorm is probably the most extensive retool we've seen in the line.

I disagree. He only had one remolded part the head, Greasepit takes the cake for a waping two new pieces!
