Hey all!
My fiance and I recently got the bug and have begun reviewing Transformers toys.
Ultimately I'd like to review all of my old G1 toys (Once I retrieve them from my parents house), but for now we are reviewing what we have packed up here and ones we have found recently.
We're also going to be covering our repaints (some custom Transformers and some just to make KOs look like they should).
Anyway we have a couple videos up now and I wanted to see if you guys have any suggestions on what you think would improve future videos, or any helpful hints you may have. Any feedback is appreciated (as long as it isn't "You guys suck"). Thank you so much in advance!

Beast Machines: Optimus Primal
I also make sure to pick a tiny bit of fun at some of my favorite reviewers.

*Note: I know the auto focus is annoying in the first 3 reviews, I have since turned that off and also set the camera higher so that you are not looking up at the figures anymore. My desk unfortunately has limited space but we are messing with things to get them to work out.

 

I had to peak because I was getting ready to jump into reviews myself with some assistance from my wife, possibly as far as having her do the speaking primarily.

I think my major critique would be that if you are going to bill the video as "me and my lady" essentially, you should try and include her more. From what I can tell she is essentially in one video, by herself thus far. I think it would be fun to hear from both of you in every vid, potentially with point counterpoint discussions. Just a thought  

 

Thank you so much for the feedback! We had actually just discussed doing that but were unsure of how well it would work. I think it is defiantly worth a try and should be fun (which is the only reason to do this). Thanks again for the input and let us know when you guys jump into the reviews too! I can't wait to see them =)
