Sassy Computron is best Computron? But hey, that's just an opinion.
As with the previous series, I'll watch it, and while by no means some great masterpiece, I'll accept it as still the closest thing outside of comics (which I haven't been able to get into) to an actual in any way shape or form G1 related animated show I can look forward to.
It's not like there's anything else filling that niche, nor likely to be any time soon. So I'll probably - just like CW - find it somewhat lacking, but at least a nice diversion for a few minutes.
It still wasn't my least favorite Transformers related animated product in the last ten years, so...
How did this get a sequel?! I know there was that book at the end, but was CW really that much of a success? Nope. It's too early for me to be dealing with this madness, time for a cup of tea -_-
Yey, this is what our support and loyalty as "true fans" have gotten us. See? Hasbro cares!
A CAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASTING OPINION! THANKS FOR READING!
Seriously thought if he is written that way it might just save this series.
Now that would be some great casting.
i hope so, too.
i think she's falling, but trying to grab windblade's hand mid-fall. that's why she doesn't look....anything? i'm too tired to think...
i am, too! granted, gooscream was terrible, but i enjoyed CW quite a bit.
(megatron was still the best thing in it. turning into a giant railgun was amazing. I WANT THAT TOY!!!)
Don't try that professional and artists crap with me. It just looks like junk.
Why does Megatron not have a neck?
Looks good, I just hope they pump up the framerate and animation this time. And some other things too
Looks to me like she's flying up, but maybe she's falling. You can only see her foot tip because of the perspective.
"That's no ordinary godzilla, it's totally not mechgodzilla!"
"“It’s not very often that a threat arrives that has both Optimus Prime and Megatron worried enough to stow their ancient enmities to combine forces. Well, the arrival of the newly-awakened gigantic lizard Transformer called Trypticon has, indeed, done just that. As you can see in this poster, the Trypticon dwarfs, the normally-towering Autobot and Decepticon leaders, driving home enormity of the threat”.
Someone was paid to write that. I would be embarrassed if that was in a first draft I wrote, let alone released publicly.
Okay, I've had a cup of tea. Now I'm mentally prepared to deal with this.
I watched the original series. It was silly, had wonky animation, shallow characterisation, and a was utter bobbins. Megatron was one of the shows few saving graces. And yet, I don't find it offensively bad. What I do find offensive is how Hasbro decided this was acceptable for an adult audience.
I won't be watching this new series.
NOT THIS SHIT AGAIN
MACHINIMA NEEDS TO BE BANNED FROM ANYTHING TRANSFORMERS RELATED!!!
However, it makes a lot more sense why Combiner wars sucked when you realized it was done by the same company that made Suicide Squad and Batman vs. Superman,
Look forward to this series it have no humans no stupid comedy giant robot riding carousel wth human, dark serious tone transformers series should be like first series what I didn't like each episode is being short
...the greatest weaknesses of the original series were voice direction, animation direction, writing, editing, voice acting, and animation, in that order...
...when i read the casting announcements, i was cautiously optimistic that we may see some of those glaring inadequacies remedied in titans return, despite my trepidation that the geographic breadth of casting portends a-bunch-of-individuals-recording-their-own-lines-at-home, an absolute disaster of voice direction...
...then i saw these images this morning, and it was like long-forgotten combiner-wars PTSD slamming me in the face: i'm not sure where my cautious optimism went, but i doubt i'll bother watching any of this before the entire series is released for a single cringe-inducing marathon...
Woah hold up, I just noticed Peter Cullen\'s name on the poster. OK so between Peter, whoever voices Megatron, and Dashie, I\'ll watch this train wreck just for those three.
You DO know that Hasbro is actually run by Tarantulas, right? He's the king of snares.
I would argue that voice acting wasn't even a problem. It was the audio editing. Peter Cullen isn't cheap. Spending money on him, when you clearly need to spend more on the technical side of things is just plain idiocy.
So we have better voice actors now which is nice, but I hope the episodes have a higher framerate this time around.
how the hell can you call yourself a transformers fan if you don't like The Girl Who Loved Powerglide??
Separate names with a comma.
