That is incredibly cool. The changes to some of the keycaps are kinda dumb (mostly making Shift and Enter random Transformers words completely separate from the functions of those keys), but having the Cybertronian script for an alt-text on each of the letter keycaps is excellent. I also really enjoy the colorscheme they went with, going with grey as main color and the faction colors as a trim, rather than the entire thing being faction colors.

Meh. They're okay. They don't seem particularly special. The colour certainly doesn't scream "Transformers" to me, but I guess they tried (though I admit the Autobots version looks far different on their website and much nicer at that).
I didn't think NicePBT were that amazing but maybe I'm wrong.
The lack of sub-legends on the numpad is unfortunate, especially considering they bothered with the Cybertronian glyphs.
Dye-sub PBT isn't a bad choice, and if the price of these sets is like their other sets, it'll probably be a decent purchase, but I'm not sure that it's going to hold up against some of the more well-known brands like GMK.

Speaking of which, I'm still hoping I can get leftovers of GMK's DMG R3 when they release... I've had that deskmat paid up for over a year now, so hopefully it doesn't take too long to cross the pond from Australia.

Transform makes perfect sense for the shift key. And Roll Out makes sense for Enter.

I'm not big on the whole keycap thing but both those models look really nice. A little cliche in some places, but for a licensed product, surprisingly restrained. Its not really the same thing but swapping "Transform" for "Shift" made me smile.

That's pretty cool. Imagine having the decepticon one with a purple LED keyboard.

Not sure i agree with putting the Decepticon logo on the escape key. Decepticons never surrender.

Depending on price, I might pick up a set of the Decepticon ones. Although I wouldn’t swap out my current keycaps, so it might make me buy another mechanical keyboard… which seems like a somewhat slippery slope…

No, but they sure do RETREEEEAT!

That would have been a hilarious replacement for the backspace button.

That's the most incredibly boring way to do those palettes. Mostly pale grey for both. And then black for the cons.

I would buy a "lots of purple" Decepticon set in a second, the concept is like tailor-made for me. But paie grey, and black, are not "custom/rare/interesting" keyboard colors at all.

Does anyone know how these would look on an LED keyboard?
I'd get if they don't obscure the light.
In fact, I could program the lights to match.

    Surrendering? Never.
    Escaping? Plenty of times.

Looks like this one to me.
