LOL, I had the same feeling earlier too when I viewed from my phone. I was excited by the title thread thinking, yes, the return of the original cover. As my phone loaded the picture line by line and as soon as I saw the top blue background and the TF logo, I got even more excited! Once the picture loaded to Prime head, my exciting begin to shatter! So yeah, pass. I'll stick to my DVDs, hehee.

Pass. Not a fan of steelbooks. Plus, it won't have the reversible side.

I know the whole remastered thing is just the swag. I'd rather it just be completely re animated. Keep the audio, just update the rest. There's only so far 80s cartoon quality can stretch, ya know lol

Okay, enough. I bought the VHS. I bought the DVD. I bought the Special Edition DVD. I'm done rebuying this movie, just like I'm done buying Star Wars re-releases now with new jumping CGI creature in that one scene that totally make it a new movie, guise.

Snarkiness aside, I suppose for those that haven't seen it this is a good gateway drug.

What are you talking about? This "80s cartoon quality" movie is the best-animated Transformers has ever been. STILL, to this day. And BY FAR. There's never been any Transformers cartoon that's ever been animated anywhere near as well as this movie.

I don't buy steelbooks. If there were any movie I'd flip for, it would be this one. Then the art makes me flip right back. Bleh.

This is great for those who never got any of the previous movies or wore out their previous copies....or lost said copy....like me. :lol

I notice on the Amazon page's details it says this will be have 2 discs. I wonder if that means this will be a DVD/Blu-Ray combo or if it will be just a second disc full of anniversary special features. I would love it to be the former but I have a feeling it will be the latter.
