If that thing is unicron how can he transformer?

 

I just actually realized something, according to the spoilers and stuff, I do think that the planet or whatever that thing is headed to the moon can be either a Creator/Quint Ship or Unicron.

I think that after Optimus returns to Cybertron and discovers that the artifact needed for the restoration of Cybertron is located on Earth, Optimus's location is discovered by either of the two. Corrupting him either with dark energon or making him Nemesis Prime. Eventually, he returns to Earth to find the artifacts. The planet thing follows Prime as he must've located the artifact and SCENE.

 

That was epic. Mysterious and ominous, and awesome. Well worth the wait.

Best scenes for me were that giant planet and Megatron bringing down the sword to test that human's courage (that scene will be insane to see no doubt).

I only wish there was a visual of new Decepticons. I wanted to see how Onslaught would appear.

 

I REALLY want that dragon to be Alpha Trion! Just the idea of three dragon heads talking at once excites me! Not to mention his wings could fold over him to make his cape ala Disney's gargoyle's! And having an old Scottish drawl wouldn't hurt..

 

He didn't use a spaceship to get to Earth, so why would he need one now?

 

I feel like he's a hi-and-die character.

 

Looked to me like a geometric apple core.

But so far I'm inclined to think it's Cybertron.

 

He used one to get to the moon

 

Yeah, that bugged me, as did all of them using the rocket to leave Earth.

 

That would be cool.

Looks like Optimus has his gauntlets, even though the promo banner and the toy shows him with the 'non-Knight' arms. I didn't expect this to have a lot of CGI yet so it's been a pleasant surprise.

 

I don't get this question... Unicron is a Transformer, of course he would transform.

Didnt TF Prime do this story line. Where Earth was in fact a sleeping UNICRON and they had to stop it from waking up? My guess is that the "horn tip" in the desert is hinting at that, plus the pentagon shaped ports in the desert. I like the idea of it. So is the armored BOT with the sword indeed Megs? Or someone else? My guess is Quintessons come to either stop or wake up Earth-icron and reactivate Prime in the process or a now partially sentient Earth-icon reaches out to Prime in space ala Megs spinning through space in the OG movie, calls him to him to help fully reactivate him. Bee gets killed, reborn as the new Prime. Few explosions and Roll credits.

 

This is something that's never sat well with me...yes, they're machines, but not every machine is capable of doing the same thing, so they shouldn't all be capable of space travel. I remember Orci and Kurtzman addressing this for the first movie by saying "these are robots who moonlight as vehicles...why would they need one to get to earth", or something like that, and this is them trying (unsuccessfully) to be smarter than the material. There's nothing wrong with them needing a ship to travel through space, especially since I don't recall any of them having FTL capabilities, and it would take them hundreds of thousands of years to get from one system to another, and...and I'm invoking logic where none exists. I am shame.

 

My thought is that Unicron is an entity that takes over the remains of Cybertron to give him some form and travels to earth to assimilate it and give him a new body.

 

I thought it was explained that their min ship was somewhere out by Jupiter...?

But us humans- why do we need cars, planes and boats? We have legs.


And that's why Cybertronians need ships.

 

Cute... But How? I see no way for this thing to transformer. It's in parts.

 

Guys what if it isn't Unicron or Cybertron at all? Couldn't it be a cyberformed planet?? Perhaps one the creators are using as a ship. Just look at the landscape on it. It has mountains and other such things all along it. I honestly think it has something more to do with the Quints/creators then Unicron (not yet buddy, you'll have your day)
