Hmm. It's not as structured as I'd like, but it will have to do if my plan about the 6x8 2-ring page protector doesn't work. Thank you for the pic :)

Idea for the larger sleeve for metroplex, frame the card with the little pieces of card board from the packs?

Do you guys sleeve ALL of your cards or just what you play with? What do you do with the rest.

It varies from person to person - many just sleeve up their decks, while I quickly became impatient with unsleeving/resleeving and just got sleeves for everything.

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking. I’m OCD with them and having just some sleeved is driving me nuts. Thanks for the go ahead I was looking for. Lol.

Those are indeed nice, but after discovering the 6x8s from BCW, I preferred them due to the more perfect fit.

For those of you that are looking for a page protector for Metroplex (and soon Omega Supreme), there is a 2-ring page protector made by Becky Higgins - Project Life (found it on Amazon). It is a 6x8 protector. Despite being made for 2-ring binders, it fits into 3 ring binders (using the upper or lower two rings). It will fit off from other 3-ring binder pages, but if you have a hole-puncher, you can easily punch holes into the protector as to align it with the other pages. Metroplex slides right in with easy, sleeved up 'n' all.

Hey what sleeves do you guys recommend for single sleeving character and battle cards?

I saw those side loader sleeves you showed in your stress test video. Are there inexpensive side loader hard protectors too? I couldn't find any on Amazon that didn't have any decoration or some fancy stuff that seemed to make the price a bit unreasonable.

I haven't looked into that - though I suspect the thickness of a hard protector would make the card unable to fold up, at which point you're probably better off just using a 3.5 x 5" one

I have access to a laser cutter and I'm thinking of crafting my own wooden box to hold my character cards (within their toploaders). I can etch all kinds of cool as heck TF designs on the box, maybe give it a carrying handle too.

Actually I looked into these and they are not thin enough to be inner sleeves. Seems like they were designed to be a pretty decent single sleeve setup.

For the Battle Cards I went Ultimate Guard all the way with double sleeves. Using different colors for the different decks like white sleeves for my Metroplex deck or green sleeves for my Constructicon deck.

The BCW solution is the one I am using as well - combination of sleeve with a toploader. I think this is the best way to protect your card while playing as well as transporting it.

Do you use those yourself? If so, would you mind posting a picture of it? I would like to see it.

Indeed, though I did botch the hole-punch job, hehe. It does fit snugly in along with the other card protector sheets.

Thank you for taking the time taking that picture. Good to know this works.

To be honest I wish there was "whole" page solution to protect the cards by keeping them in the center.

Alas, nothing like that exists. I've done some extensive research into even very obscure page and photo protectors, never did a whole page with a centered 6x8 ever appear. I do recall seeing a full page that could fit a 6x8 and two 3.5 x 5 in on sheet. I'm considering picking that up if I ever find it again.

Did the 3.5" Ultra Pro sleeves get expensive online for some reason? I was going to grab another set of sleeves, and now it's almost $25 for a set of 25 which is crazy to me.
