    anyone know or heard if we might get a trailer during the Super Bowl ??

    I haven't heard anything official but I would be surprised if it didn't.

    No official word for TF5, but then again I haven't seen anything about other movies having TV spots yet, either.
    Do they usually wait till the last minute to be all like "oh yeah, be sure to tune in during the big game for a trailer!"?

    Yeah, especially since for the previous movie we had confirmation a couple months in advance, I think.

    I am 100% sure there will be a Superbowl spot as we've gotten one for every movie and most major summer blockbusters get their 30 seconds (or more) of light in the big game.

    I'll be in paradise. My Atl Falcons in the bowl after 2 decades AND a transformers spot? Man please.

    Maybe they will go big and pay double for the full minute?

    I'm also looking forward to potential Thor Ragnarok trailer...

    I am totally expecting either A) a commercial with no new footage or B) no commercial at all. Oh, the glorious whinging there will be!

    still, the tv spots released near the premiere of the films are always pretty much the same footage with different edits and music ... and people like them because of that

    just because there is no new footage (and I really hope there IS) doesn´t necessarily mean its going to be bad

    exactly. the movie comes out when it comes out. we could get a new trailer every week and it won't make the release happen any sooner. so i'm fine with however the Super Bowl commercial goes.

    Well, if/when it does happen, it'll definitely look more glorious on our new flatscreen than the AoE TV spot did on our old dinky grandpa television set lol

    Imagine if they started throwing ball shaped transformers heads about in warm up.....go on bay it's the perfect way to. Ring in headmasters in fact I wish that's how they worked!!! Hail Marys down the park straight onto that Aston Martin torso just waiting to kick ass!!!

    If there will be a trailer it will be literally the only reason I would watch the Superbowl due to my lack of interest in football. :lol  I actually remember seeing the trailer for AOE during the Superbowl, it was before I really clicked as a Transformers fan though. This would be the first time I watch the trailer as a TF fan that loves the franchise.
