Wow, no AotP. I guess we're not seeing it until next year?

 

For me we will only see wave 1 of SS from 2025, which according to leaks and previews will be mainly composed of recolors of characters already released, in short rather disappointing as much as wave 5 of Legacy... I'm convinced that Devastator will skip again.

 

Did any other UK fans read this and think "Uh-Oh" ala "Great News For All Our Readers!"

Genuinely surprised AOTP wasn’t revealed at Pulsecon. Even when Kingdom ran for 5 waves they still revealed Legacy at Pulsecon and “revealed” wave 5 afterwards.

I can’t imagine they’d hold the reveal for the line until NYTF which is in March. I guess we’ll get a press release or stream sometime in December, though I could easily see them doing the reveals after their holiday break.

 

Finally, at long last, we will see him.

Too early for AOTP, it's the average time between reveal and street date is usually 3 months revealing at pulsecon would have been 7 months between revealing the line and it being available to buy that's just bad buissness if the toys were hitting shelves for January it be a different story but April is very far

 

Legacy Year 1 was revealed in October and didn't hit shelves until April.

 

They are avoiding long gaps like that right now you have to consider how they have been handling thing over the last few years

 

All the other toys are copy paste jobs of old designs, AOP is the one time I don't know what they will look like and it's the one time they refuse to reveal anything

 

We will see them at MCM London likely.

It's interesting phrasing in contrast to everything else.

I've been hoping for total reboots to some of their product lined, but it would be risky and I don't know what they would do to make things different. That line has scraped the bottom of the barrel so much though that there's a hole now.

 

Don't count on it MCM might just get a full devastator reveal and more SS

 

Transformers announcements alternate between Studio Series and Regular Line back and forth, event to event. We got Legacy's last wave, so it's Studio Series' turn next. AOP was never going to be next.

 

I doubt more SS since wave 1 would be at NYCC and if they showed Devy there that feels like a waste considering Devastator is going to be revealed and shown at 1027. As disappointing as it would be that could be possible.

 

MCM end on 1027 so I wouldn't be shocked lf they had a model at the convention and I wouldn't count on the full wave being revealed at NYCC, their launching a halslab in the same panel. Ghostbusters will take up a majority of the hour while the rest get 10 or so minutes.
