It seems rather superfluous right before a tidal wave of new toys becomes available, but I found this nifty little trinket at the American Fork, Utah Walmart. It's got raised bumps on the screen that make individual noises when pressing the numbers, and a few (Not Peter Cullen) Optimus Prime voice recordings when you hit the send and end keys. It was on an endcap an aisle over from the rest of the Transformer toys. 10 bucks, not bad for the little kiddies...here's some pics:
At first that's what I thought it was, a sticker set for your phone, and a code for some website to download ring tones.
