    Hasbro put out a press release describing a new full-length (i.e. 13 episodes) season 3 out in 2017, to promote Combiner Force, leaving this odd little mini-series to be 'season 2.5'.

    Although multiple official sources have actually called it season 3, so it's all a bit of a mess really.

    Edit: Apparently that far left Decepticon's name is "Shadelock" and he works for Starscream, he's super bad-ass. :D

    Why did they shove it into an extremely early time slot. I already noticed that before, but why would CN do that? Just watch, it\'s going to be cancelled soon just like they did to Animated.

    I like what I've seen so far of this season... abbreviated season, the stories & action have been good, can't wait to have this on my DVR... which is great, it won't matter what time they air it... I'll have it!

    Pfft! Between this ongoing mediocre crap (still haven't bothered watching this show even once), Bayformers and that embarrassingly God Awful CW show, Hasbro should really be thankful for our support of their products.

    Hmm, just imagine if these shows/movies were all unanimously good though. Even the current video games have something holding them back.

    Um they did that because it's not one of their in house shows. Rid has always had a crappy time slot and yet it survives. With streaming anyone with a cable account can log on to cn website and watch the episodes whenever they want, it's not like things are really locked to a time slot anymore
