I gave the movies, Animated and Prime the benefit of the doubt, but I can't get past the look of these guys. I will try.

That beanie hat, though? With the little Autobot symbol? 10/10, would buy and wear.

 

So, it seems as though the show will contain simpler transformation play pattern which took hold during the final days of Transformers: Prime Beast Hunters and continued throughout Transformers: Age Of Extinction.

So.....the same crappy toys that aren't selling now are going to be continued in the new show.

Looking forward to the new RID. The movies are fine, but the TV shows are the only TF properties of late that I connect with the toyline on. I hope the cast expands beyond what is listed there; more Animated than Prime.

However, if the transformations are as crappy as the AOE line, I'll be passing on the whole line.

 

"One Team, One Mission"??? That's got to be the worst sounding "theme" I've ever heard. Wow. Way to say a lot without saying anything at all?

Plus, didn't Prime exemplify that theme already? Maybe it's supposed to read, "TRANSFORMERS! MORE OF THE SAME! BUT AWESOMER AND BADASS BECAUSE THIS TIME THEY TRANSFORM AND HIDE AS CARS!!!" Woo.  

"Master Transformer": I'm just scratching my head and trying to figure out why it's so important for the press to kiss Hasbro's ass like that. I've not seen the press pander so hardcore for a private company in a while... I guess they REALLY like Michael Bay movies?  

Transformers may be a successful movie series, but it's hardly the FIRST one. I'm not sure why we need to give credit to Transformers for this. What happened to Batman in 1989? Oh wait, that was a COMIC BOOK COMPANY, so Hasbro is original because they sell TOYS. Wowee.

If we're handing out accomplishment prizes like it's nothing, maybe I can be the first guy who climbed Mount Everest!   See, I'm not a mountain climbing enthusiast and I'm really better at other things; hence, I'm FIRST and BEST, just like Hasbro!  

 

Will have to wait and see on the show. Seeing that shirt though does kind seem more final than the press pics we've gotten. At least the pose is better.

Simple transformers does sound like a whole lot of One step changers and fast action battler things.

I get why they did that for the new movie considering how hard previous movie toys have been for kids and hasbro needs every kid they can get.

If there are generations toys of the show characters, or if cyberverse returns with playsets again. Then I'll be more spirited for this line.

 

If someone told me that Bumblebee and red dude was from the cover of a gay porno fan comic I would believe them.

Hopefully they will make just a few new molds from this new tune, and then RE RELEASE the animated stuff under the same banner.

Animated was the Last, highest quality toyline right with ROTF the HFTD and FE stuff.

i would like to see a preview of the show before i judge it. Toys on the other hand i hope they do the "generations" line for the collectors coz i dont want simple transformations i want 15-30 step transformations, i need something to challenge me. I have over 700+ transformations in my head due to the fact thats how many toys i had at one time.

Also, Bumblebee without horns? How is he even recognizable as Bee anymore? The color scheme? And he´s joined by... Wall-E and some dude with a little too much wax in his hair model-do?

What's the betting that the Dinobot isn't one from G1 or AOE.
