So I've been thinking about RID, and thought about making an idea for a Season 3 of it. Yeah, I know Season 2.5 is technically Season 3, but this basically ignores everything after Decepticon Island Part 2, so it's sorta like an alternate timeline. So far I've come up with episode bios for the first 15, with this being divided into 2 sets of 15 episodes. This will be updated as I go along, with plot notes and Characters/Cast for each episode. The entirety of this will feature Shockwave as the main villain, and the first half of the season will have a heavy focus on Grimlock. But without further ado... Road Rage – Part 1 Team Bee are scattered across Crown City when a group of motor vehicles begin causing havoc on the streets. As the Team struggle to keep the self-proclaimed Stunticons in check, Sideswipe comes across Wildrider, his old buddy from the streets. What do they want? And what is the secret power that they hold? Road Rage – Part 2 The mighty combiner Menasor tears through Crown City, and Sideswipe stands against it – alone. With his loyalties in question, and the rest of Team Bee being held at bay by the other Stunticons, Sideswipe faces the greatest trial of his life. Can he bring himself to take down the titan, and arrest his old friend? Grimlock’s Buddy (Tentative) Team Bee find an abandoned Cybertronian ship, seemingly belonging to a colony of Minicons. Grimlock discovers a minicon called Velocirazor, and quickly becomes friends with him. As the Decepticon Fright Night prowls the corridors, the Team are quickly dispatched one by one. Will they make it out still online? Lightning Strikes Thrice The Insecticon Sharpshot has seemingly returned from the dead, and is sapping energy from major systems across Crown City. The team find themselves quickly overwhelmed, leaving the day to be saved by… Denny and Velocirazor? Fear Factor Optimus has returned to Cybertron, only to find that Nightstrike has immediately escaped from custody. Tracking the Bat down, Optimus, Ratchet and Windblade team up with Jazz and Blurr, who are also tracking him down. The groups team up to stop any unsuspecting civilians from having their energy drained. Old Friends When tracking down a pair of minicons who are creating tremors in the Amazon, Bumblebee and Grimlock come across a group of Dinobots – A group who seemingly know Grimlock. As they track down Rumble and Frenzy, Grimlock’s trust of Bee begins to drop. Bot Down In the Calamari Desert, Strongarm and Drift are tracking down a Decepticon known as Fireblast. When Drift is injured during an encounter with the Firecon, Strongarm is forced to balance tracking down Fireblast and attending to her badly damage teammate. Minicon Go Following a lead Fixit recovered from the databanks of the crashed Minicon ship, Sideswipe, Jetstorm and Slipstream discover Banzaitron, a high-class Samurai, who has hired the Decepticon nerd Leveller to track down the Minicons. Sideswipe and Banzaitron go up against each other in a battle of swordplay, while Slipstream and Jetstorm attempt to protect a group of Minicons from Leveller. Blackout On Cybertron, the new Team Prime follow Thundercracker and Skywarp, a pair of Decepticon brothers who are working for an unidentified benefactor. The two have unleashed Blackout, a Decepticon who has the power to absorb light and fire it back as energy projectiles. As Team Prime struggle to contain the situation, Blurr chases down the brothers to their next target. Emergence As Team Bee returns to the Scrapyard, a new Combiner known as Ruination has appeared in Las Vegas. The team go in to take down the titan, trying their best to contain the situation better than they did with Menasor, as the mastermind behind recent events makes his presence known to Team Bee Untold Stories Disgruntled that Bee has not been telling him the truth, Grimlock and Velocirazor locate the Dinobots, discovering The Pad, a cyberdome designed to simulate an ideal environment for minicons as they search Earth for them in order to help them. Slug reveals Grimlock’s past to him, but is he ready for the truth? Lost at Sea Following an argument between the two, Bumblebee and Slug travel to the Pacific Ocean, where they find the Decepticon Manta Ray, who is causing tremors that could destabilise the Ring of Fire, causing volcanic eruptions. But before they can take down the scheming Decepticon, can Slug and Bee set apart their differences? Trackdown The chase continues for Thundercracker and Skywarp, who are hitting prisons across Cybertron and helping prisoners escape across the universe through unknown means. As Team Prime finally manage to get close, the two set loose Underbite and Collider to slow them down. But what is the “Hive” the brothers are after? Duel of the Dinobots – Part 1 Shockwave sends Decepticons across the globe, forcing to Team Bee and the Dinobots to scatter. Now the Decepticon Scientist personally goes for the Scrapyard, and with only Grimlock, Fixit and Velocirazor there to defend it, the odds don’t look good. As Shockwave’s plan begin to expand, Grimlock faces a fight that perhaps not even he can win. Duel of the Dinobots – Part 2 Grimlock vs Grimlock! As Team Bee’s rookie faces down against the more skilled Autobot Warrior, our Grimlock’s fate seems doomed. Shockwave is in control of the scrapyard, and the Autobots are seemingly trapped away from base. Can our Grimlock get through to his predecessor, or will Shockwave achieve yet another victory? So season 3 is filled with Dinobots, combiners and minicons! And they are there for a reason, as things will begin to come together in the second half.
