So........is Arcee a car or a motorcycle?
This sounds very intriguing to me. I'm very excited to see Nightbird, and like how her character is sounding like it'll be. Scourge sounds like he's gonna look mega badass. Excited to see him. Obviously this isn't a Scourge like any previous one, but I'm cool with that, it's nice to get new stuff every so often.
My expectations for the beasts is very low. I doubt they'll be all that similar to the originals, but we'll see. As long as they don't look like that hideous Cheetor concept art.
The only thing I'm really bothered by so far is that Charlie Watson isn't coming back as the main human character. I really liked her in Bumblebee, and would've liked to see her return. Hopefully the new leads are at least decent.
From the front page: This story continues the 2018 Bumblebee movie. Set in 1994.
Given the track record since 2007, in most Transformers related content, it's a good bet he'll still be without a voice.
Yeah! I mean, it's not like that has ever happened in Transformers ever where character names are swapped around! I mean, that would be like Bulkhead being a helicopter and acting like an old man! Or Knock Out being an autobot! Or Wheeljack not being an inventor! Or Optimus Prime being a young rookie commander who becomes a fire truck. Or a female.
Oh yes, sing us the song of how Transformers has been SO GOOD at keeping characters utterly consistent.
That description for Scourge seems to imply he\'ll be a blend of aspects of the Car Robots & Galaxy Force iterations.
Black truck meets flaming dragon.
There may be aspects of Captain Sweep but we shall see.
Paramount, hire this man.
If it is still connected to the Bay films that means we might see Shockwave and Starscream as main villains! I'm so excited I just can't hide it. I hope Shockwave is like the Marvel Shockwave with a bit like Energon Shockblast. Maybe not this film, but a future film.
Would be neat if Starscream has an Armada-like sword.
She will be an R32 if this is set in 1994. R33's didn't come to market till 1995 and R34's were released in 1999.
Kay. Curious how the skin/fur thing worked. Personally I liked the plated robot looks. Eschewing the disguise and focusing on the form was a different take.
Okay, sure. That'd be great.
They don't though.
Stop thinking in terms of Generation One. "Terrorcon" has had several different meanings throughout the years.
So there was a Q&A section and no one asked if this is a reboot? Seems like a pretty big confusing part of all this.
Ah, but not explicitly mentioned. I'm holding out hope they do give his voice back.
On thefirst one,not the second. Pvp is nothing but a lying thief. And... unwatched
Wasn't she in Bumblebee? Can't they just have that?
Here is how I am figuring the factions work:
Maxamils and Predacons- Been on earth for thousands, maybe millions of years. Been fighting for a LONG time
Terrorcons- The Movie version of the DJD. A subgroup of the Decepticons.
not the biggest fan of beast wars either but this does sound awesome! Besides it sounds like they're featuring a decent Autobot Cast as well
Front page states this is A Bay Films production and is produced by Bay. I'm very glad he is still in the mix!
Yay Terrorcons... Wait, No Hun-Grrr, Cutthroat, Rippersnapper, Blot or Sinnertwin... sad panda.
Ultimately this news makes me disinterested.
The whole movie premise seems blah and even though they mention it following on from the Knight movie, the way it reads is straight out of the Bay playbook.
I’m in the minority of pre-2007 TF fans that likes Bumblebee speaking through the radio.
“introduce the Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons to the existing battle on earth between Autobots and Decepticons.”
What established battle? We just had a fucking reboot. We need a normal transformers movie before we start cramming in BW stuff.
Separate names with a comma.
