Transformers have arrived at McDonalds in Australia once again. There are five Robots in Disguise Figurines in this series, with one released each week, starting with Bumblebee this week. The other four figures will be Optimus Prime, Grimlock, Strongarm and Drift. You can get one toy with a Happy Meal, or one can be bought on its own for $2. These figures are non-converting, but have some moving limbs, and comes with a weapon or action gimmick. Source of info at Ozformers website - - Source of image at McDonalds Happy Meal website.
Cool that they have a Strongarm and Drift. What are the chances these eventually show up in the states?
Transformers: They actually have Missile launchers - Awsome Pony: Again no AJ, Twilight comes with a Book- Sold
Loving Grimlocks rocket launcher, reminds of that promo shot of the Hot Toys Boss figure of her holding a davy Crocket over her shoulder.
I remember the good ole day when Mcdonals offered Transformers that could actually transform. The last time was with TF Animated and those were fantastic! But these are just boring and I believe stuff like this is why kids are less interested in toys now.
Prime gets a magic sword, Grimlock and Strongarm get rocket launchers, Drift gets dual katanas, and Bumblebee gets nothing. Poor Bee.
Do they have 3mm pegs? edit: Damn, our Burger King just has something called simply "pets". Drift's swords remind me of this
