We already know there is not going to be a new Transformers movie released in 2021 we are getting a new Transformers film in 2022 but to make up for not making a Transformers film set for 2021 I would love it if all of them return to theaters one day only with additional footage

Which Transformers movie should return to theaters?
    Transformers
    Revenge of the Fallen
    Dark of the Moon
    Age of Extinction
    The Last Knight
    Bumblebee

All of you be the judge.

Out of all of them dark of the moon why because I'm a believer that they had skids and mudflap all animated but were cut. So I would like to see that and when Sam's running to a car when the cons invade Washington.

While I enjoy the other movies, Bumblebee is the only one I love enough to show up and see. Although I don't necessarily want it re-released right now, because it hasn't been that long since the original release. Maybe give it a couple more years.

If they added extra footage, I'd be curious to see what was cut from TLK.

Just the first. Paramount probably wants to forget the sequels. Bumblebee is too recent.

Not even the critically acclaimed Bumblebee which was directed by Travis Knight?

I take it that you believe was the worst Transformers movie ever and Travis Knight disrespected the scorce material a lot worst than Michael Bay did and Bumblebee didn't deserve the critical acclaim? Is that it? Travis Knight happened to be a G1 fan and you don't think so?

I haven't even seen Bumblebee and don't care to. I'm just against the idea that in a Hollywood dominated by crappy reboots, remakes, sequels and prequels, just straight up putting old movies back in theaters for no reason is a viable option. It eats up space that could be used to show actually interesting new movies, and I doubt there's any market for a rerelease of the Transformers movies, "critically acclaimed" or not.

If you are against the idea then why the f*** did you comment on this post?

Would a Transformers movie turned out to be a bad movie if it had lines like if you don't like it you could go ahead and die and use words like does it give you any clue on what I think or feel about you? Would that turn a Transformers movie into a bad movie?

    A mistake.

Because there's so many interesting new movies coming out.

(also it doesn't take up space. The entire reason they do this for movies is to pad out empty slots during slow months. Theatres have been doing this for years)

Ask yourself this would a Transformers movie turn out to be a bad movie if it have lines like does it give you any clue on what I think or think about you? Or if you don't like it you could go ahead and die? And call someone out for being a fake? Would it make it a bad movie and use the words I wasted a lot of time and effort?

Isn't that the point of a discussion thread? I was offering my input same as anyone else.
Around here the theaters like to show classic movies on the weekends, and we all know sometimes before a new release in a series they'll run a marathon of all the old installments. OP is saying "returning" and with new footage like this is going to be a big ordeal like the 3D Star Wars prequels or the Special Editions, complete with an advertising campaign. That would be a waste of time and effort.

And not to derail things too much, but what am I missing with Bumblebee? The best I've seen anyone say for it is it's better than the Bay movies.

Maybe you should give the film Bumblebee a chance instead of skipping out on it

Definitely Dark of the Moon if those extra scenes are The Twins readded to film I'd love for closure my ADHD robotic bretheren. Reading about it in the Novel and Comic adaptation is great and all but I prefer to watch it onscreen.

    None of them.

But if they are going to be in theaters, I'd rather all of the films be in select theaters in a series of showings than just one, because...surprise...some people actually liked all or most of the Transformers movies.

Not even Bumblebee in which being the only Transformers movie directed by Travis Knight, not Michael Bay and being the only one to be released with positive reviews from critics and fans

Eh. I'm tempted to say none of them myself...and yes, that includes "Bumblebee" as much as I prefer it to all the others.

There's other movies I'd rather see return to theaters during this time.
