And if I remember correctly, Kaen is supposed to go up for preorder in April.

All 3 of my Trainbots have had great QC out of the box. So I’m just all the more excited to put the whole team in my display case.

I hope that the next MPG project will be over in less time. It should be a management hell thinking about restock, QC for the complete team, mantaining hype for the project, and so on.

Also all the engineering for the triple changing aspects along with making sure the vehicle modes needing to match the authentic licensed JR trains makes all a complicated process from the prototype design stage down to the the final product

18 months for a 6 team for a combiner is actually pretty quick, especially with only one pair of trains having similar engineering. I imagine they want to stretch things out enough so price is less of a factor for buyers, theres pretty decent size gaps between releases

In comparison to MPs completion rate for teams and such MPG is fast but I do think they could've sped it along a bit. Maybe having the left and right limbs one after another wasn't wise for not feeling to saturated

Been absent for a while... I took a Giant L with my Yukikaze when I screwed up trying to fix that broken knee and lost all mood.

Debating if should i buy a replacement Yukikaze now or wait to catch him on the fly later. The rest of the Trainbots have been budgeted, but suddenly coming out with another Yukikaze is a drain on finances.

How is the availability of the older trainbots out there? Are they still easy to find? Dunno if I should take the plunge in case Yukikaze will be harder to find later.

Coming fairly new to this set having only glanced at reviews up to now, but always like trainbots.

I can't afford the lot but fancy picking up one. Which would you recommend in terms of robustness and transformation please?

Quite a few reviews mention pitfalls but i know reviewers sometimes rush to post content and obviously it takes longer to get familiar with an MP bot.

Shouki is by far the best of the 3 released so far. Best looking sculpt (subjective), most fluid transformation and holds together better than the other 2.

I'm a fan of Getsuei. Less kibble on his robot mode than Shouki, lacking the almost universal qc issue of Yukikaze.
