I was just showing the backpack removal being a core design thing. Flipping it into some kind of critique when they've obviously diverted from the cartoon is a little facetious.

True, but are allowed to critique the presence of the arm kibble, the wonky proportions, the shape and function of the backpack based on that picture or are we only allowed to use it to speak positively about MPG Seizan?

Overall: like. Backpack kibble is a bit much but I noticed it depends very much on how it is arranged, and the angle. The shots of the panels either side like wings in those flying action shots... those are very cool.

Only had option of DHL for my last purchase from them. I am located in England though. US might have more options. On the plus side, I got fast delivery.

 

Ok... So what's the deal with the sides of the feet? Are those blocks removable, or is that intentional? I'm sorry, I tried searching, but 600 pages is too much to sift through

Those are Raiden's "leg beams". Partsformed pieces, removable. They come from the backpacks of the arms and simply plug into the ankles.

 

To be honest, I personally have always thought trainbots kinda suck.

Specifically, they're supposed to be analogous to these weapons on the original G1 toy, even though they look almost nothing like them.

 

I'm Dutch, but not buying from there. I don't know why anyone would choose to pay too much for these there when there's Amazon Japan for example, which is cheaper and has great customer service. And I could get it even a bit cheaper, but at the cost of bad customer service, hence sticking to Amazon Japan. And those people then complain that they had to pay €170!? It's no wonder that I've thus far always been able to sell my obsolete Masterpieces with a profit; I would still be cheaper than the shops these people would normally buy from. If you pay €170 then yes, they would be overpriced, but luckily you can buy them for less and the actual prices are perfectly in line with all other Masterpieces.

 

My current approach has been pre-order it from amazon.jp and from someone like BigBad. And then as we get closer to the release whichever one is lower I will cancel the other one.

Are the wings attached to the arms or to the backpack? I'd just want them packed.

 

If you're talking about the leg ones, they detach from Suiken and Seizan for arm mode.
