I received mine an hour ago! Been messing around with it, and he's pretty cool! Mine seems perfect in every way, paint, joints, parts. I own the original Raiden, and to be honest, even though I saw all the photos and read the measurements, only having him in hand made me appreciate how big he actually is! I kept thinking: "ohh he'll be about twice as big as G1 Shouki", but he really is a big boy.
Can't wait to get the other trains!!! Getsui has always been my favourite, so I'm glad he'll be next!

the left bicep likes to pop out super easily which is a bit annoying since I usually display my figs southpaw so I do manipulate that arm a lot. Overall I like him, and have flipped from train to bot a couple times already to get a feel for the transformation. it is pretty hilarious how after all the intricacies in transforming the robot upper body for torso mode you then simply join his legs together and fold them back

Mixed on torso mode. Really unsure how solid Raiden will feel as there's a lot of parts that just don't tab in as securely as a torso should. IMG_20220629_145551.jpg IMG_20220629_145547.jpg

Yeah I have one bicep that pops out easily, but that's really the only issue and it's not a big deal for me.

I noticed the same with the biceps. But they slide right back in so it didn't bother me at all. I think the only thing that I'm a little worried about is the train sides as the bottom of the feet. I fear for future scratches on those panels. Otherwise, I'm very much enjoying Shouki. He really does look good in hand.

Kibble is attached via mushroom pegs so, there's cleaner options. IMG_20220629_150612.jpg

But then it won’t look like Shouki.

I’m impressed how despite the massive amount of kibble he has, it’s all mounted in a way that it doesn’t impinge any of his mobility

Did a quick 3D model for a cap to go on the upper arm mushroom peg to help fix the joint coming loose (only my shouki's left arm)

I'll release the 3D model and put it up on shapeways if I can test it and it works out. It'll probably just require a small dabble of superglue?

Huh. Maybe they're just backed up ahead of the holiday weekend? Hopefully it's not long delay.

Okay, maybe the processing facility is just shorthanded. Panic subsiding. Slightly.

Saw this in HK Facebook group that there is no hardlock to stabilise both the side slide in tabs in each shoulder of raiden.

Does it mean it is another bad sloppy design like TF generation select seacon?

Seem like the side slide in tabs will move along with both the rauden's arms in combined mode, together with the 2 big wings at the raiden back will move along too.

    What a design!
