About Raiden, honestly if you see something wrong but what else would I like to get it is my Guilty Taste XD

although even so, if the other Trainbots will have a Price of 150 Dollars more or less for the other six..... wow....

900 Dollars, and to my Currency of my Country it would be 18,000 Pesos MX, and the Combiner will measure how 11.42 Inches/29cm...

with a single Trainbot I settled, maybe.

No wishful thinking on my part, just that I like others, see a few things off about the silhouette. It's been confirmed that at least one of the test shots of Cliffjumper needs to have its tolerances adjusted. I bring that up because I'm not convinced that the prototype of Raiden is standing up unaided. We are of course limited by the very nature of the silhouette. None the less, to my eye at least, both thighs seem to be tilted forward a bit. Not to this degree, which would be impossible without falling backwards.

Massive thanks as always to CH(x4) for the color render.

I would guess that Yukikaze has a port for his "wing-foot" in a near identical location as his counterpart. Asymmetries aside, it and the foot look closer to the foreground.
I crudely mirrored the right leg to verify my impression.

Obviously the images were taken from different angles and no doubt with different cameras, lenses, focal lengths, etc.
Kaen's train alt mode is small but I have trouble visualizing him compressing only into the shape of the hips from the silhouette. Just doesn't add up to me and I'd love to see how he connects to the upper torso.

It would be a bummer if the similar proportions of the first two bots are not carried over to Raiden.

Not a fan of the hybrid approach and I have misgivings about the adherence to scale and the degree of realism which may hinder the combined mode. That said, they definitely know who they are catering to and these are far, far from mainline. Still excited and look forward to each step of the reveal.

It was always scheduled for late June, so why would it be postponed?

Now I really want to see Kaen even more. The arms are not much of a mystery, but I want to know more about the hips/torso.

Those thighs are looking to be uncomfortably short, Im guessing there'll be some visible thigh socket from Kaen, but I wonder how much giving those thighs an extra inch would help the silhoutte.

I was concerned about Yukikaze legs but that looks like perspective

Hmmm... I think that all the bots in this line would benefit from a bigger alt mode and robot mode

I wasn't expecting this so soon after Skyfire, but I'm not complaining! Looks like the pattern might be two Trainbots and then two non-combiners.

Probably but they were committed to HO scale, and thats just brought about its own limitations.

Dang TT is on a roll!
Can’t wait to see better pics on June 8. With half of Raiden announced, I sure do hope they’ll give us a better look at the combined mode soon.

If not with this next batch of promo images, Generations book or Tokyo Toy Show seem like a good opportunity to show a Raiden prototype off.

He'll probably be on the cover art, which is based off of the toys.

If there's one thing that I've learned, it's that TT doesn't do patterns. They keep surprising us. But I'm not complaining; Trailbreaker, Skyfire and Yukikaze announced in such short time period is great news to me!
