On TFWiki.net, I read that all 6 Trainbots will be sold together in one gift set. Is this confirmed or not?

That too, but this looks more like something that got shared versus someone got access too.

The aesthetics look great, and can definitely see him being the height of UW Devastator and MMC Bruticus rather than the height of most other modern 3P combiners.

    BC.PNG CW.PNG

But that also means he's not CW Superion height, so thank got for that.

Personally, I'm not interested in combiners that gigantic, so it suits me fine.

Man, that's looking really good so far. I'll look forward to seeing the rest.

Looks more "mainline toy" and less "Masterpiece". Either way, Zeta's still going to beat them to market at a lower price and bigger size, and Takara doesn't know what quality control is any more, so my bet's on Zeta's Raiden being far superior even if it doesn't look quite as good as a set of individual robots or even trains.

I found this news on Tieba, and someone said those prototypes were sold on Xianyu. And it seems that the seller doesn't know those are transformers and treated them as some transformable train robot (translated from the second picture). I am surprised there are so much leaking figures recently.

Certainly taller than I expected. Can't feel excited about the potential price point of the figure.

It's probably cause a) the later designs and the Japanese shows were closer to the original toys in both design and surface detail rather than making them all smooth and simplified, and b) it's still just the unpainted clear plastic, which all MP's have.

But yeah gonna take a lot to out-beat Zeta's. Although considering MP-44 still sold well with 2 other MP Primes coming out at the same time, I feel like Takara's should do fine out of either brand loyalty or just people not knowing Zeta's exists.

I'm curious to know how folks are predicting final combiner height based on this photo. All I see is the width of the control joint in the concrete floor for scale. I'm not seeing a lot of screwheads or other items for comparing size. Maybe the ends of those pins and assuming the font size of his L1021 chest insignia?
