I want a raider that is the same size as the common combiner(four deluxe s and a voyager)

I had hoped that's what Takara was going to reveal. An MP combiner will he so prohibitively expensive, I just can't do it.

Zeta pulled that Unicron stunt during the height of the HasLab funding. It got CnD'd. Then they rebrand as Studio 1 and released it as the (ever so topical) Cell

 

Hasbro never really seems to care about the 3Ps until they're the ones getting provoked. Zeta Unicron was the latest example. The only other time I recall Hasbro taking any sort of direct action against 3P was when iGear was releasing knock-offs of the MP-3 Seeker mold, and Hasbro apparently got all the domestic retailers to pull their listings for them. That, and explicitly forbidding their sale at OTFCC/BotCon, but I feel that was more of a liability call.

Otherwise, Hasbro seems to have taken a very "live and let be" approach to 3P, because they're not really a threat to their bottom line, and pursuing legal action against their fly-by-night business practices is not a worthwhile way to spend their money. When 3Ps have actually found themselves under fire, it's turned out it's by much more litigious companies than Hasbro. TungMung was starting to branch out into the 3P TF market, after producting high-end Digimon figures for a bit, but they got raided by Bandai. And then there was the WeiJiang thing earlier this year, which was apparently Disney-initiated, and had nothing to do with Hasbro, despite the company being largely known for Transformers KOs.

This all day!! One of the major combiners from the cartoon (Japan) that's still missing from CHUG

 

I'm honestly surprised that there was never a UW Raiden. While CHUG I only reserve to IDW stuff, I too agree that there should be a CHUG Raiden for the sake of everyone out there, haha.
