Seeing as Prime and WFC seem to be the same continuity, I think the War for Cybertron forum will become the "Transformers: Prime and War for Cybertron Discussion" forum. It technically already exists, but probably won't be renamed until closer to release date.

Uh, no it's not, they're behind schedule. Probably a few months after October, maybe January, February.

As for the forum? How about when we know more than character designs? There just isn't enough to discuss yet, since Hasbro's been incredibly mum with the whole damned show, compared to Animated where we at least knew the general plot by now, beyond 'Autobots wage their bat-tle-to-des-troy-the-e-vil-for-ces-of the Decepticons'.

Oh yeah, they're gonna reference the HELL out of the game. I can't wait to hear about Optimus' adventures with Sentinel 'Zeta' Prime! *sarcasm*

 

Has it actually been confirmed that WFC is a prequel to Prime? Because Hasbro seems to insinuate that it's a prequel to G1. (In general, not any specific version.)

It has and it hasn't. The G1 bit is Highmoon's story, but Hasbro had other plans for some bizarre reason. We'll have to wait and see, but I can't see Hasbro being stupid enough to bog down a show's production just to shoehorn in references to a game that was never intended to be a prequel to the show in the first place.

 

I think as we get closer to the premier of Transformers Prime we will see it get it's own section.

Right now a Transformers Prime section would be pretty dead because we hardly know anything about the show. A few character models, an unfinished clip, and a list of voice actors is all we know.

 

I'm with Ash from Carolina... as we get closer to when TF: Prime airs, TFW will put up a section devoted to the show.
