Megatron would probably retain his vehicle mode, or his Cybertronian Jet mode from TF1 I would think.

Since Bumblebee is basically Moviebee, I would still count him as a Camaro. His vehicle mode still looks like one, just the headlights are a different shape and the grill is much much thicker compared to the tiny one a real Camaro has, and his brake lights are a little more like a Mustang's. But the basic Camaro shape is there IMO.

Nice with the KO choice. I'd have to agree. Though he's obviously altered a bit. I'd say he's a mix of Aston Martin Models though. But you choose a good choice. I'd mostly agree with that one. But even the OP had a good choice too.

 

I agree with your pick for Knock Out in your OP, Ultrawave.

However, not so much with what you said about Starscream. I understand your reasoning, but I just see movie and Prime Screamer being too different body and character wise, to have a Prime real life version be the same F-22 jet mode as movieverse.

The TF wiki says he resembles an F-16, which I certainly agree with. I'd prefer them to be as close to their Prime designs in a live action movie version as possible.

 

This is the closest thing I could find to match TFP Optimus' alt mode. A XL Freightliner Classic.



Obviously it's not the exact same (colour, placement of smokestacks, and more importantly missing those rear wheel cover-guard things that are blue).

Bumblebee looks alot like a 2013 camaro.

Starscream resembles an F16 falcon.

And wheeljack kinda looks like a Fenomenon Sratos to me.

 

Wikipedia lists Wheeljack as a Lancia Stratos Concept which is pretty much dead-on

G1 Starscream is a F-15. Prime one no way. Prime one is closer to a F-16.

If Dreadwing was supposed to be a Raptor there would be no issues giving him twin engines. They gave him one. It's more likely he is meant to be closer to a F-35 with it's Raptor like look and it's single engine. There is a reason it's considered a "Mini-Raptor". Cause it looks like one.
