    I'm think he's going to be whoever Wheeljack brings back as reinforcement, possibly within the next two episodes. Based on the timing of the announcement, he's gotta be somebody within this season.

    Probably not, assuming my theory is correct. Kaye missed out on a part during the season 1 auditions (he made his disappointment about that pretty clear), so his character won't be showing up until season 2.

    Yeah, I guess that makes sense, since he Remar was the voice of Sideswipe huh. Hmmm, sometimes the obvious clues are the ones most overlooked?

    So if we do get Sideswipe, do you guys think he will have wheels for feet lik ethe Bayverse version?

    I think remar would fit nicely as Ironhide but if not he could do a brash Prowl or better yet keep him as Siseswipe, I'd love for swipe to get more attention

    Definitely keep the movies' take on him having Wheelfeet and swords. As for overall body type, I could swing either for G1 or Movie.

    Sideswipe felt like a nobody in the G1 cartoon, but now the name thrills people from the movie version to me.

    Only problem with that. Prime's got swords, Ratchet's got his scalpels, Wheeljack's got swords. Too many swordbots already.

    I could go for Jazz. Give him a flail based on his grappling hook from More than Meets the Eye.
