funny that hasbro used the instruction sheet of an UNRELEASED figure stateside to compare difficulty(dotm wheeljack). if that isnt even more of a slap in the face.

Yeah, but...crap, that makes a lot of sense. LMAO, Alright. If they're just upscaling Cyberverse, I don't see why they can't do the same with Hardshell (or Megatron, for that matter). However, I AM also sick of people acting like we AREN'T getting anymore good deluxes when all Hasbro wanted to do was just fill up the remaining quota in the Beast Hunters slot with TECHNICALLY new stuff. Obviously we're gonna get good deluxes, I mean...Waspinator? You saw that, right? Hoist, Dreadwing, Goldbug (totally forgot the copyrighted name, lol)...Generations is getting the good stuff because Prime ran it's course. They've had a good run, time to let it die.

I do want a better Airachnid, though.

Ya know, I kinda want that Twinstrike, despite not combining, he's pretty cool looking. And I may just have to get Smokey for pure curiosity.

How did Prime go from such an awesome line to such garbage? I can't believe we went from the FE stuff to this. At least now we know why Aaron Archer left Hasbro.

Yes, because repaints are more expensive than new molds.

It makes me worry about the distribution on the new generations. Will they really want things like rhinox sharing pegs with these?

I just really don't know how I feel about these new deluxes. Hasbro attempted this years ago with Fast Action battlers and I actually didn't mind those figures. I have all of them in fact.

This on the other hand is a different situation. FAB's were at least new molds built with that size in mind. I don't think the simple look of the legions upscales very well. The voyagers aren't bad though because the commander figures are pretty well designed in most cases and don't take as many liberteries as the legions do.

The one thing that really bugs me though is that FAB was an altertive to the main line movie toys and these new figures seem to be the actual main line toys. Its great that we still get the awesome generation figures but I would hate to think that the next show line is nothing but these.

We are getting new, good deluxes... in Generations. Hasbro's statements seem to imply that good deluxes will be restricted to Generations, or in other words, TF4 may be just as bad
If they make a Hardshell which is upsized from the Commander, I hope they make him Voyager, because it seems like only Voyagers actually get upgrades instead of literally being KO-level literal enlargements.

I get the basic idea behind this. It's true, Deluxes are too complicated for, say, my four year old nephew. But I wouldn't feel bad giving him a Deluxe-sized Legion, he'd probably be able to figure it out.

The real problem is that these are still the exact same price. They're willing to charge the exact same for that Smokescreen that they're charging for Beast Hunters Smokescreen. That's... comical.

And they don't LOOK good. Bee and Smokescreen don't look much like they do in the show.

And it really does entertain me that they are basically just following KO companies logic.

I bet they switch back to putting that shit in the package in vehicle mode again in order to hide the lower quality.

are you saying when people criticize something, they intended the company to worsen whatever is being criticized instead of improving the product? people said prime rid line is shit because they wanted a shittier product? in what world does this logic operate? i guess microsoft had it all wrong, instead of dropping the no used game drm with 24 hour check, they should've made it better by having literal always online check with game license charge based on hourly rate instead of life time of the console.

It´s more the lines "you don´t know how good you had until something worse comes along".
