It’s missing a lot of other scar marks and metal streaks tbh , just for fun “premium” magnus
Friend is going to order Optimus for me on Monday. They've listed it for 42 dollars, and I figured that using the point system I can shave the 2 dollars off.
Ok, Dr Vague!
Sorry let me clarify...Netflix War For Cybertron Trilogy bad!
I wasn’t even thinking about Bumblebee because that toy is SO lazy.
1 USD= roughly 8 HKD
Translates to 42.375
Thanks for the reminder. I'd forgotten his axe was only half silver, because I took a silver sharpie to mine almost immediately...
Fair enough. I would've but I just never bought myself one haha

Man, that roof section looks like butt. I don't know what we have to do to convince HasTak to abandon clear plastic but I wish it would happen, soon. I'd much rather see solid, durable plastic with painted windows, thanks.
If they start creating more of these, it may be the start of basically a second Renaissance of TakaraTomy-Exclusive Redecos. Like Legends before it.
Much as I like the design of the movie version of Bumblebee, (and I suppose this is a pretty good approximation, and the colours are nice) there's just too much mess hanging off his back on this deluxe mold, for my liking. I can handle a bit of a backpack, even a couple of doors off the back (I have a collection of WFC and SS86 G1 carbots after all) but I think this could have been compacted down a bit more.
That's an issue of the mold rather than this version specifically of course. No doubt this is the nicer of the two.
its not. It’s just a small sublime of 2 figures one WFC one live action for 6 months for a total of 12 figures.
I thought it was gonna be weathered... honestly doesnt look a ton different.
Have you handled the mold? Because at this size, i dont see any more compression being possible
I was hyped for him since I missed SS-18 but if he's costing extra for just a few paint touchups, I would start to reconsider.
Yeah there’s nowhere stuff can go on this little guy. You can fold up as much as you want but that’s just going to make the kibble thicker and stand out just as much and cause the same if not more balancing issues.
Ok so if this is legit, why did they pick some of the worst choices that didnt even need any new paint apps ? Why Seige Soundwave when Earthrise Soundwave mold exists ? Who is gonna pay $50 for red eyes on a Soundwave mold nobody wants anymore ? And movie 2007 Megatron ? Really ? The retail version was cometely decked out in silver paint. Wouldnt doing ROTF Megs in silver paint (without the battle damage) make more sense ? And Earthrise wheeljack ? What could they possibly do other than make him bleach white maybe ? He already has a battle damage version ? And why a 3rd silver Seige Megatron ? Why not give Earthrise Megatron the silver treatment ? The only ones that might benefit are Springer and Bayverse Ratchet and of course VW Bee. Maybe 2007 Prime if they get the flames right. Takara needs to let the fans pick the molds in a vote. And when I say "fans" I mean from around world where over 50% of their products get imported. If Takara had to rely on only Japanese mainland sales they would go broke.
The WFC choices are all characters that were in the Netflix cartoon, plus Springe who could use more paint, so you can presume they picked those to give them Netflix-show accurate paintjobs.
No, to be fair, but I though the movie studio line version was quite a bit larger than the tiny WFC Netflix version.
Fair enough if the size and format does not lend to it.
