How many Transformers are there supposed to be left in the universe? Like Prime's Autobot crew on earth talk about themselves as if they're the last Autobots left, but is that on Earth, or all over? Also, Cemetery Wind had those cards of known Transformers on Earth, and they said there were only a dozen Decepticons left on the planet? What happened to all those around the world from DOTM?

 

I'm guessing Lockdown and Cemetery Wind did some lighting fast cleanup. As for number of characters that will appear next time your guess is as good as mine.

 

It's called shitty writing, and bad consistency. When the director doesn't film for that, then you get AOE. When you write for plot, action, and consistency, you get Planet of the apes series.

 

One of my few problems with the movies is that every movie still stresses how few autobots there are left but the next keeps pulling out more autobots without giving them origins so it is like they have always been there. I guess the new three of the age of extinction were just very late to optimus' 2007 call ?

 

Was anyone able to catch which Transformers were on the cards during the Cemetery Wind meeting? I just saw Ironhide and Bumblebee.

 

If they're going on the route of Quintessons building the Cybertronian race, I'd say infinite since they could just create and develop more. Unless there's a twist...they're dead.

 

Just like G1! Random Autobots and Decepticons appearing for 1 episode then never seen again!

 

They'll keep pulling characters out of every continuity. No need to worry

At this point in the movies the first movie would have had almost 50 Transformers alive in the universe (Not including those not given a name) May have missed a few but they are written into the movies each time a new appears and the script writers don't give a shit about logic.

You missed Crankcase and Brawl

 

If you're referring to the Decepticons that arrived in DOTM via space-bridge transport, I'm pretty sure a lot of them were dragged back into the space-bridge when the pillars were destroyed, along with the plethora of Decepticon ships.

 

And brawl and crankase and about 1,000 decepticon protoforms and the driller bot.

 

You missed Brawl,Hatchet,Crankcase,Devcon and the Insecticon,Wheelie,Scavenger,Scalpel,The Fallen,The Primes and The Driller,Stinger,Junkheap

 

Unless I overlooked it you missed one of the best looking autobots. Jolt!!!

 

Since comics and novel adaptations dont count in the movie universe I think these are still alive.

Some saw Sideswipe's card without a red X (meaning he's alive, like Bee). I think Arcee was seen, too.
