I kept seeing several people holding these starscream and optimus plushies around the convention center. Does any one know where to get these at? They look like lilformers in there design style.
They were made by a girl on DeviantArt. Unfortunately she has pulled down her site and stopped making them. I'm sure you can still find some TF plushies if you look on Ebay, but they probably won't be made as well.
The girl that makes those is currently, and very unfortunately, hiding from people that bashed her too much, so she has pulled everything down. Her site, http://www.plushsoiree.com/, is currently down for maintenance (and probably to hide away from people she was flamed by) and commissions are currently full. However, if you bookmark said site and keep checking back on it, you might get lucky, if she decides to become public again. Her dA was Plush-Bots, but she has since removed everything and deactivated the account. I feel sorry for what happened to her, but .... some of the fans can just be Hella-nasty.
I wanted to get one but I will wait till things calm down for her before I check the site and get one....
All you need to do is get a sex change and make a TF costume and you'll find one magically appears in your hands.
People like to complain, no matter the fandom. People were asking her to 'hurry up' with their commissions, were telling her that her prices were too high (leveling out at anywhere between $150 and $500 -- when, really, considering these plushies are hand-made and take anywhere between 1 and 3 months to create, she's working for about $4 an hour here), were backing out after beginning to pay for a commission, wouldn't pay the full price, etc. She's been dealing with it for a long time now and is just simply sick of it.
