RECAP!! Many months ago, I planned to build something to commemorate TF:ONE movie and successfully ended up with Optimus Prime/Orion pax (vid tutorial below) within about 2 weeks. Initially the video above was meant to be published on this month itself when TF:ONE premiered, but I decided to do it much earlier , so everyone can build their own Prime ! So I'd figured I need to build another LEGO TF just to fill in the September slot. So here we are...... project TF:ONE Megatron!! ABOUT SET 31152 This powerhouse LEGO set ,released early in the year 2024. is one of my top 3 LEGO sets to build Transformers using . I had made 4 TFs so far prior to Megatron, and from that 4, Thundertank TF was my favorite (until it's dethroned by the almighty Megatron here). ABOUT PROJECT MEGATRON Project started about 3 weeks ago and I started the ball rolling by referring to the official pics + video reviews) of the Deluxe TF:ONE Megatron to find out how the transformation go about. Almost a week I after started this project , I decided to halt it after hitting a roadblock: His chest is too hollow . Usually its a sign I must give myself a short break and revisit my design again with a fresh outlook. Then I was invited to a pre-screening of TF:ONE on Aug 30th from winning a contest! woohooo!! Now I gets to see Megatron in action and get a clearer grasp of his tank and robot mode aesthetics! Aside from the cannons , there is no partsforming in the transformation. VIDEO!
