So far these mostly look better to me than EarthSpark mainline figures.

Optimus has a better transformation scheme than the Studio Series version.
The lack of ankle tilts is not great, but the better forearm placement makes up for it enough for me.

    Bee is growing on me.
Mostly it's the face sculpt that's doing it for me.
The hollowness is par for course when it comes to mainline, and gap fillers can easily fix the issue.

Sentinel is way better than I would have expected.
Really glad he's not actually a tetra-jet, though I do like the new design in the artwork.
(I really disliked the BB movie version of that design. I look forward to seeing it actually made into a toy.)
One thing I will do on mine is remove the silver paint from the forearms and paint in some of the panels on the back pack instead.
Since he's DLX size, I'd rather give the alt mode the impression of a small fighter rather than a larger size implied by the default cockpit position.

Still don't know what I'd use him for, but I really like that Alpha Trion.

So, yeah, I'm all in on these.

Imagine how much closer it would be with...
    - slightly modified paint apps
    - swapped wing tips
    - removed black fins
    - and the shield replaced for a set of blue steepled fins

Hoping next year's Voyager Sentinel Prime is this design, but even better.

Sooo... based on all the pictures we've seen so far I think Bee and Sentinel are my favourites; Bee looks like he's gonna be a fun figure like SS BBM Brawn. Overall, the Deluxes themselves are cool figures, with great poseability! Probably my favourite non-SS mainline range of Deluxes since ROTB. Definitely gonna get the above two I mentioned, for Prime I'll just get the SS one and Alpha Trion I'll wait for the SS (there is no listing for an SS Alpha Trion currently, so wait until like 2026 or hopefully by latest 2027).

Seems we don't have any non-SS mainline Voyagers unlike the ROTB toyline, well, based on the trailer shots it seems the Deluxes here are decently scaled with each other.

Can I confirm something? At the moment, for the One toyline there doesn't seem to be much difference between the TakaraTomy releases and the Hasbro ones, am I correct? Not like how the TT Earthspark toys seem to have more "premium" paintjobs than the Hasbro versions?

I ask because looking at Amazon Japan, it might be easier/ faster for me to order through there than wait/hope that they'll turn up on local shelves. Especially Alpha Trion and Sentinel Prime. But if I play the waiting game, I don't have to spend on shipping so I'd likely overall spend less.

Oh he knows. At this point it's more likely all of his Machine Wars talk has subconsciously rubbed off on the rest of the team.

Now I’m debating whether to buy this Sentinel Prime or wait for the Voyager. Maybe I’ll just buy both.

Energon megstron has been mentioned at least a dozen times in this thread

like with the ROTB line, Takara’s products will be the same as Hasbro’s (at least for everything we know of at the moment)

Yes, I expected that to be the case but wanted to check to be sure. Thank you.

That's what I intend to do as well. And should I like the Voyager more, the Deluxe Sentinel Prime looks like he'd be easy enough for children to play around with.

When it comes to the ROTB line I picked up both the mainline and SS Primes and Primals and have 0 regrets. All provide fun in their own way.

While true to can be a bit on the simpler side, those little guys can be hella fun.

Similar to the Cyberverse line, did hit main line highs, but has some solid as hell fun toys in its limited lines.

What is the Timetable for the Studio Series figures?

I'm Probably pick all 4 Deluxe's + Quintesson. I'm just getting tired with how over complex Studio Series is, also there insistence of Clear Plastic, and Small Tabs and Pegs.
