    While scouring the net, I found the website of an animator who worked on the game version of the first movie, and they posted several transformation models on the site, including ones that aren't all that easy to come by, like Bonecrusher and Shockwave.

    They were put on the site in July, so either I'm really late to the party, or nobody ever noticed in the first place.


    A word of warning though, they're fairly rough, so don't go in expecting movie-quality animations.
