Is the takara version getting this paint job with the mettalic tan and blue cheeks? Can anybody confirm or does anybody have it?

I think that's just photoshopped stock photos of the Hasbro release. When we saw the first images of Rampage, he was a tannish color, but his toy is all yellow.

 

BAH! I really wish they wouldn't have ditched the blue cheek paint aps.

 

That might be the official picture but it still doesn't answer his question, Idk myself, so sorry bout that.

 

The pictures they use are just press relese photos from hasbro.
I would'n trust until you get differnt photos.

 

They never look that good. I wish they would stop photoshopping these.

 

well I took the matter into my own hands and painted the cheeks myself.

 

Aside from paint apps that image also has the hand joints that were removed from the release version. Unless someone got one prerelease before changes were made we may never see those colors in retail.

 

Managed to take a good comparison between both of them at the store yesterday, judging from the package the jet is 100% identical. Not so sure if anything else lies beneath.
