actually, even if he doesnt transform, a torso/head shot can be shown, say, in the last panel as a free floating apparition kinda thing. the trick is, you want to be able to look at the page, even without text, and immediately recognize its TF related. without any sort of visual connection to TFs, that page basically can be re scripted into anything, say, disney for instance.
