This is easily the most excited I've been for an official MP since... well... Hound.

Hoping that Hoist ends up like Skids did, a little bit of Sunbow influence, and a lot of vintage toy goodness. Enough to satisfy both sides of the aisle.

If(when) they do a Hoist, it damn well better come with a Huffer accessory for him to ride in.  

 

It better have a working horn too! Hoist is a busy businessman, ready to get down to business!  

 

 

Hopefully will have both Skids & Reboost by the end of next week from AMJ.

 

Still hoping they'll release a Toy version.

That box better be the same size as the car bots, because it actually looks like it might be a bit bigger, and I may be in the minority, but look at that packaging layout! what a waste! I would've preferred they just make the box even smaller, needlessly enlarging the box to make it "look more expensive" is so annoying--smaller boxes are easier to save/store.

 

Standard car box or the Inferno size box. That already had been factored in during the design pitch process.

 

Something about the current set of photos is giving me pause. I'll likely still get him. I've got X-Transbot's Crosscut (I hate their Skids head more than I could ever express and had to pass on him). I loved the idea of them having different molds. Not sure what I think now.

 

In that case I’m glad it’s an option rather than the only way to place the shoulders.

 

A Honda City is a small car IRL. I feel like this is probably the same box as Sideswipe, etc, but he's just a tiny car so there's a lot of empty space. Red Bumblebee also had a ton of empty space too as it was also a tiny car, and it didn't have Spike or the jetpack like the other uses of the mold did.

 

I like it!

 

That delay story for BBTS etc only. Might be a territorial issue. SEAsia has the ETA December 2021. Mid to early January 2022 to be realistic.

 

Underrated comment.
The more I see it the more it disappoints. Especially considering the official pictures on the box show black windows.. sigh.

Yeah I could live with a carbot sized package—the first box pics just looked more square to me, so I was worried TT did something stupid like making it Inferno size just to pretend you’re getting more bang for your buck
