Hot damn! I've been so excited for Skywarp that I totally forgot about Skids. He'll have to tide me over until the new year since reports from my retailer is that Skywarp is going to take forever to make its way through customs over the holidays.

 

Psh, I'm still waiting for Thundercracker to make it to BBTS.  

 

Time to update your countdown counter @HolyCulture.   Can't wait for Skids!

Thanks for the heads up brother. I started my MP ritual of moving figures around on the shelf to make room for Skids. Now there’s a gapping space between the Season 1 and Season 2 carbots waiting for him to fill.

 

Skids and Reboost will be 2 Mps down. Add in Skywarp next month and we should see something revealed either the beginning or end of next month. Kind of forget it's 6 Mps in the pipeline and people wondering why they still haven't announced CJ.

But for a MP cartoon painted Skids it could probably just be MP-60 for all we know, cause I think it's best for all to give up trying to understand Takara's numbering system.

Feels truly weird to be skipping a mainline MP for the very first time ever since the line's inception. I wish I could have at least 1% of the excitement some of you have for this but I just can't.

It's funny, it was weird for me to see an MP and go, wow, I want it! I've no attachment to Skids as a character / toy but I like this. The newest MP in my collection is MP 35 Grapple! I haven't wanted anything made since.

I won't ever finish my collection either. Some core wants of mine included Hound, Cliffjumper and Skyfire plus the grail, Jazz! Obviously the ship has sailed for the first 3 but I'm still hoping for Jazz and that I will want what they make!

 

An official MP Skids has been a grail of mine since I can't remember when; even though he's missing the option to display him with the vintage toy head, I'm still super excited to finally have this figure in my hands!

 

I completely understand the sentiment since I was less excited about MP-44 than you are about Skids.

This means I should have this in my hands from Amazon Japan by Nov 30 or Dec 1? Can't wait TT!  

 

Looks like I'll be waiting a bit for my Skids and Reboost from Anime Export. Japan Post is currently not shipping to Canada and I'm sure the DHL option will be atrociously expensive (plus guarantees that I'll be charged Duties and brokerage fees on the parcel). So I'll have to live vicariously through everyone's pictures in the meantime, once these guys are released, of course.
